Dr. Choi is an amazing vet. My cat had been exhibiting symptoms of kidney failure for years (rectal bleeding, vomiting, over hydrating) and no other vets were ever able to identify the problem (I didnt know thats what the symptoms were until I met Dr. Choi). I had taken my cat to him before to get a check up because I had to bring him on the airplane, and decided to try him again after his symptoms began to worsen. After just feeling around under my cats belly, Dr. Choi suggested that I get blood run because he could feel that his kidneys were misshaped. He took the blood and the results came back that my cat had chronic renal failure. I was heartbroken, but Dr. Choi assured me that a change of diet could prolong his life. That was over 3 years before my cat died. I did a lot of research online, and a lot of cats dont get diagnosed early enough, so by the time they are are, it is too late and they only live a short time longer. Dr. Choi continued to be my cats doctor throughout the entire 3 years that he was sick. He was always very available and would explain anything that I asked him. Yes, his accent is bad, but if you ask him to explain something better, he has no problem doing so and will repeat if you have a hard time understanding. His staff is very nice as well. My cat passed away in January, and Dr. Choi offered to get him cremated for me free of charge. I love Dr. Choi and will continue to use him with my new cats!

I had a dog long time ago almost 40 years when I was Jr high school student.Her name was "Happy". She gave 8 beautiful baby dogs to my family at that time. I was so happy but I lost her due to car accident. I saw what happened to her. After that accident, I decided not to have a dog any longer.And, I have never had a dog for past 40 years. However, My daughter brought a poor baby dog(2 months) on January 27th,2014. We named her "Roxi". When she joined us as a member of my family, her condition was very bad and her health was very weak. We took her to Anchor Animal Hospital and Dr,Aaron Kim took care of her from A to Z. My family is very much comfotable and peaceful because Anchor Animal Hospital is located at near by our Roxi and there is excellent and professional Dr.Aaron. I and my family recommend everyone to this hospital and Dr.Aaron. Now Roxi is very healthy and she is beautiful and so cute. She became almost 8 months old. I and my family really appreciate Anchor Animal Hospital and Dr. Aaron.

I LOVE this place, first off their prices are amazing and dr Kim works with you....you might think for cheaper prices you get less quality work but its the reverse! Dr. Kim is SO knowledgable and very kind, I have a 14 year old poodle and dr Kim knows how much I love him and he treats my baby with so much respect and kindness, its hard when I have to drop him off so teeth cleaning, wart removal etc..but I KNOW my dog is in good hands. I now live 4 hours away but when I have to take my dog to the vet for anything outside of booster shots I drive out here. Period. My dog is worth it and Ive never found a more caring vet, those are things we as pet owners look for. I seriously cant say anything better, the staff can be ify it depends who you get some times theyre amazing and sweet and other times they can be a bit brash but dr Kim makes up for it in abundance. SO glad I found this place!

I love this place!! I went to Anchor Animal Hospital by my friends recommendation. I was asking for a good vet since I found lumps on my dog, Cocos head and chest and it seems growing. she is 10 years old Yorkshire Terrier and I worried to have a surgery with her... Dr. Aaron Kim gave a thorough explanation of the surgery and treatment plan for Coco and it was reasonably priced. I was having trouble to scheduling the surgery date since I couldnt come at weekdays. Then Dr. Aaron even gave the surgery on Saturday! If you are working professional and hard to take off of work its a great place. Coco recovered well and now she is running around in our house and garden! Thank you Dr. Aaron and friendly staffs in Anchor Animal hospital!

This place isnt the cleanest and the staff changes regularly, but, they dont mess around with quality work and the price. Weve come here for years and each time its quality work and the price is never off from what they say. They are also very inexpensive compared to other vets. That being said they usually overbook and are usually swamped, but, I find it worth it. We had gone to other very offices and they havent panned out... It always seemed they were more interested in the amount of money more than my pets.

Dr Choi is the most compassionate and caring Vet I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We took home a stray black kitty wandering around the Dennys parking lot. When Lizzy developed an infection in her paw, that would not heal, Dr Choi performed surgery and kept her in his office until she healed; he never gave up on her. Additionally, Dr Choi never charged us a dime, he took care of her for his love of animals. We are truly lucky to have have found Dr Choi. Lizzy is happy and healthy.

The receptionists were nice but I had called 3 consecutive days asking them to have the vet call me back regarding symptoms. These symptoms were serious, my dog was shaking and was not eating and I really needed to talk to him. NEVER got a call back. After 3 days I took my dog to another vet who took me in immediately. I have never been there and needed help, and the vet never made an effort to return my call. I guess he does not need the clients. I do not recommend this place.

I am very happy and pleased to have found Dr. Kim. He came highly recommended by a friend who is quite familiar with most of the animal hospitals in the Orange County area. I think Dr. Kim is a very well trained and knowledgeable veterinarian... and he saved my cats life, for which, Ill be forever grateful.

They rip you off the prices are doubled there, the doctor isnt nice he just goes in and goes out never going there again they where charging me 64 dollars for vaccinations and i got it for 33 elsewhere horrible service I thought it would be my regular doctor for my dog but i found a better one look elsewhere

Id be hard pressed to take my little girl to a vet other than Dr. Kim. He really cares about her, combined with being very smart makes it a no brainier. The staff is all great as well and is always excited to see my little one.

Dr. Is sharp, but you have to ask a lot of questions to know what is happening. Groomer is so-so. When we went, there was this horrible smell of urine and poo in every room.

This place is great!!Never have any problems booking last minute appointments for my sick cats. Employees are always great!!!! Doctor Kim seems to actually care.
