The front reception girl is very sweet caring and friendly. Couldnt rate the drs cause Ive never met them but I took my dog and cat to get fixed and both had complications. Dog had to go to er very late into the evening after the sugary due to too much sleeping gas and no pain meds. Then Her wound reopened up the next day and she had to go back and be regased and re stitched. and kittys wound just kept getting worse and worse until a week later when we took her back to be told by the receptionist that kitty needs exploratory surgery to find out what is wrong well I wanted to speak with dr but dr was too busy to talk or meet with us and I was just told to come back tomorrow I came back and asked them to tell me what was wrong and not do exploratory surgery but to first check like through a sonogram or X-rays but they wouldnt accomadate me on that. Receptionist just said we would open her back up and see from there. and asked me to return again cause they ran out of time so we just went to our original vet the next day and he said immediately that it was a hernia and That kitty got a hernia due to the surgery at brookshire pet hospital and had she would need another surgery to be reopened up and repair the hernia. So two extra visits for kitty that cost me an extra 120.00 and extra emergency visit for doggie that cost me 250.00 plus Brookshires bill of 160.00 so a grand total of 530.00. All on a recommendation of Yelp. Never do I recommend surgery here maybe shots and minor likeness but never surgery. Was a very long sad experience for both pets. And now to remove the stitches in a few days. Glad our kitty and dog survived

I started going here because my brother in law recommended it. The prices are good, but the customer service is the worst. They dont really care for our pets. My dogs shots were due on December, we took her in for a check up on December and back again on January, despite they having all her documentation never mentioned the shots on none of the visits, yes I get, it is my responsibility, but any other vet would remind the pet owners about IMPORTANT shots like bordetella!!!!! Anyways I let that one slide. Recently my dog had to go to the emergency hospital and had to stay there for 2 days under care, but she needed to be under the care of a vet for one more day. So I called the vet in Brookheaven to let them know the situation, they turn me away by saying they were full and couldnt take her in. I told the hospital about that and not even the main doctor could believe it! No vet ever turns away a dog coming from emergency. I had to call another pet hospital that gladly took my dog in. The customer service definitely exceed my expectations, my dog was received kindly at Washington blv pet hospital. Please do your selves a favor and look for a place that genuinely care for your pets.

We have been coming for years and have always seen Sandy, and she is a blessing. Shes been a household name at times! Recently we came in with our sick kitty, Stewy. Sandy wasnt there and we met another vet for the first time. Over two visits She stayed in our room for at least an hour, wathcing and observing our cat and talking with us. Wow. Im not even sure of her name but will never ever forget her and the compassion and the knowledge that she shared with us. And the rest of the staff is the same way. Our cat is doing better because we had a safe place to go and get him the help he needed on our limited budget. The highest regards to Brookhaven and what they do. Thank you so much. My family and I have been loyal customers from the start and are extremely satisfied with all aspects of services provided. Location, parking, and front door entry are ideal (especially when you are transporting a sick animal from the car). The staff are knowledgeable, very helpful and understanding of all circumstances. If you are currently dissatisfied with your current provider I highly recommend you visit/transition to Brookhaven Pet Hospital.

All three of my pets go there weve had only good experience and two of the dogs have gotten neutered their and one had a tooth removed and they go there to get their shots and one was sick and they brought him back to good health they have a great staff and they love animals I highly recommend this place and they are very affordable
