BEST VET EVER!!!!! Ive been going to La Palma Vet Hospital for 10yrs and will continue no matter where I live in Southern California. I love my cats like I love my kids and I think they deserve the best care. Dr Castillo has treated my cats from shots, teeth cleaning to major surgeries. When I had to put down my precious Jenny because of old age I cried so hard Cynthia cried with me and hugged me. My pets are my family. Dr. Castillo is so kind and compassionate. The whole staff is super nice and very helpful. Whenever you call Cynthia is the voice you hear most times on the other end and she is very helpful and when shes not sure of a question that you might ask she will have the dr call you back or shell call you back with the info. They are honest and they dont try to get you to spend lots of money on unnecessary tests. The thing I like is they will give an estimate on whatever treatment you may need and then dont push you or make you feel bad in your decision. I have referred several family members and friends and have made some very good friends from there. I use to live in Anaheim but moved to Lake Elsinore 4 yrs ago and as long as I have pets I will continue taking them to La Palma Vet Hospital they are awesome. I cant say enough except THANK YOU Dr. Castillo for taking such good care of my little Angels.

Our dogs love this vet!! we have 2 - 15 year olds and a 2 year old, Dr. Castillo is awesome hes like the uncle you call for advice who gives info that always helps sometimes it might not be what you want to hear but hes honest and trustworthy!! the assistants are all very helpful and handle our animals as if they were there own.from treats to head rubs. :) We have had many vets over the years and feel very blessed to have found La Palma Vet. They even have a Saturday discount vaccine day not only that the office encourages you to come on those days and save money on an office visit and shots needed. Its worth the drive we make to them and i hope some dog and kitty owners read this and feel the same sense of care our family does!! So awesome we are stoked to have found them. I hope they get to read this....Thanks everyone!

Dr. Castillo is a dedicated vet and in the profession because of his love for animals. You can definitely see that when meeting him. He is personable. I took my dog here due to parvo and she stayed overnight there about 5 days. It was much more affordable than anywhere else I had called for a quote. He was always diligent on calling me to update me on her condition as he had promised. He promised to do whatever he could to save her life and he surely did! The facility is not great, but your pet is in good hands!

I was referred here from the Humane society in Garden Grove. I am so so happy with this office! The staff is wonderful very caring and loving to our fur babies. The doctors are amazing!!! We had seen both physicians. They are very honest up front doctors. They take their time with us in the exam room. Super gentle with our fur babies. We even get a follow up call after the appointment. I would recommend this office a thousand times!!! :)

I was refereed by my regular vet to the La Palma Veterinary Hospital for a pet emergency . I was grateful to have them accommodate me on such short notice. They we fantastic with relaying all the details to me. Unfortunately I had to put my kitty of fourteen years down. They were extremely caring to the point where they sent me a card in the mail. I will defiantly be going back to them in the feature.

The staff is affectionate, I could feel calm because my Gigi has an excellent attention the veterinarian explained to me in detail the plan to follow with my dog. Also their prices are very reasonable. The best attention my dog ??has had in his life. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ;)

Took my female pit bull there. Great experience, from scheduling to post-surgery care - someone even called me three days later to check on my dogs status. They did a great job, my pup recovered and healed very fast. Very affordable and overall positive experience.

We have taken all of our cats and dogs there. Staff is very friendly and good with animals, whether its for a wellness visit or serious illnesses. Small clinic, not expensive. Have been to other vets within a 10 mile radius and this office is the best of them!

Dr. Angelo and his assistants certainly knew how to care for my sick cat, Boots. Boots was feeling very bad and therefore he was uncommonly hissy and defensive but they cared for him kindly. The facility is clean, very professional and the staff are friendly.

Came here today for the very first time for my Siberian husky and this is the kindest and most helpful vet place Ive gone to. Would recommend as well because the prices for vaccines, etc arent as expensive as other veterinary places.
