I have had a wellness plan with Banfield for 4 years and have been very happy with the care my cat received. The wellness plan is worth every penny and more. Earlier in May my cat became sick and I rushed him to Banfield. They took excellent care of him and we thought he was getting better. I took him home with a follow up visit scheduled. Unfortunately by the 2nd day he wasnt well again and on the 3rd day my cat told me he was done. I took him back to Banfield to be put to sleep. Everyone was so kind and so caring. Dr. Chan asked me if Id like the ashes. I said it would be nice but at this point I was tapped out money wise so keeping him in my heart was better anyway. After he was gone Dr. Chan came into the room and said they were paying the difference for me to have his ashes. That is above & beyond.

Weve been taking our dogs there for over 10 years. They are top notch, from the Drs to the receptionists. Always very friendly and patient with our questions. Highly recommended. We have the Wellness Plans for all of our dogs. The included vaccinations and twice a year comprehensive exams and teeth cleanings pay for themselves.
