I have lived in Tustin my whole life. And gone through a lot of pets through the years. (a couple dogs and few cats and even a goat and a duck). I have seen almost every vet in Tustin for one reason or another. I have been to Saddleback, Tustana, have even been to a few in Orange and Santa Ana. I hated them all. VERY EXPENSIVE. I felt like they just wanted money out me and didnt really care about the well being of my animal. That being said, I recently had a old cat start breathing very strange and I took her to Dr. Laura because my neighbor recommended her to me. Let me say that I am never going anywhere else again. I was seen very quickly, didnt wait more than a couple minutes in the exam room and was shocked at how affordable all the services were. (I have 4 kids and and not a huge "vet" budget) Dr. Laura told me how much everything would cost right up front and was very upfront about everything I would be getting into. I didnt quite understand how the cat had fluid in her lungs and she actually sat and explained to me how the heart and blood pressure and everything worked! After a few days of unsuccessful treatments we eventually decide to put my cat down (she was and old girl) and she was so wonderful and understanding with us. Dr. Laura is an amazing vet. Highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, loving, compassionate, on time, affordable, and just wonderful. I highly recommend her to anyone is Tustin. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND YOUR ANIMALS HEALTH TO ANYONE ELSE! MY FAMILY AND I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH, DR. LAURA FOR TAKING SUCH GREAT CARE OF OUR MOLLY!

Dr. Laura and her staff are terrific. I had a cat that had to be put down because of cancer and Dr. Laura made it such a positive experience for my (then) 8 year old explaining everything that was going to happen and giving us the time to say our "goodbyes". She was so gentle, caring and compassionate towards us I will never forget how thankful i was to have been introduced to her. We then adopted a dog from the pound who came with Mange! Dr. Laura worked with us over the course of a year to get him back to health, she gave me the encouragement to continue and offered alternative less expensive home remedies when i was feeling that the "bank" was running dry. What I love too, is that Dr. Laura and staff get on the floor to examine the animals. My dogs (yes, i "acquired" a second one) love going to see her - there is no apprehension - they meet face to face at their level. I have recommended her to many of my friends all of whom share my sentiments. Keep up the great service Dr. Laura.

My cat, Jasmyn, exhibited unusual cat box signs, and took her to Dr. Wood. At first, she and I discussed Jasmyn and how she had this cat box problem three years ago, Her previous vet put her on antibiotics, which cleared-up her problem. Dr. Wood said that we should go ahead and give her the same pills. After the pills didnt work, we started a full-blown panel of tests, which all came out negative, thank God. I like the clinic, the staff, and most of all Dr. Wood. She was low-key, not pushy, like other vets I have known. They have a nice dental assistant for cats and dogs that clean their teeth, and he is great. My cat has Arthritis and I warned him about the areas of her pain, so that he wouldnt hurt her. She never cried or growled, which is her method of saying, stay away. Overall, my experience with Dr. Wood has been super and I have already recommended one of my neighbors and she took her dog there too. She really liked Dr. Wood.

We have been going to Santa Tustin Vet Hospital for over 10 years. Dr. Laura has been there to shepherd us through raising our beloved Fox Terrier, & Pom-poo through their lives & was there with her consummate expertise & empathy at their passing. After recovering from our loss, we acquired another Pom-poo knowing that she was in the expert, loving hands of Dr. Laura. The veterinary profession has long needed practitioners combining Dr, Lauras qualities of caring with expertise. Sadly, they are the exception rather than the rule. Dr Laura exemplifies that in that she defines exceptional. Dr. Laura has most recently shepherded us & Lily our wonderfully gregarious Pom-poo through 3 surgeries for dislocating kneecaps. Lily continies to flourish due ti, in no small part, to Dr. Lauras expertise and compassion. She is an outstanding example of her profession. We have found noone who compares to her. Well done!!

I worked at a veterinarian office previously, and as a result have formed some very strong opinions on veterinary practices. Needless to say, given my 5-star review, taking my pup to Dr Laura was best decision I have made in a long while. My dog is very shy, and very scared of her own shadow when we leave the house. Everyone in the office was super friendly and understanding, quiet, and sweet talked her to help ease her stress. Dr Laura was even better - she sat on the ground and waited for my dog to approach her! She gained my dogs trust easily (trust me, not easy to do!), and was able to help with my dogs problem with a very easy and affordable solution. Its great to know I have found a vet that exceeds my high standards!

I have been taking my dogs to Tustin Santa Ana Hospital for over 25 years. Dr. Laura is the greatest! When I had emergency surgery, followed by a couple of weeks in a nursing home, Dr. Laura extended the boarding of my dog, Shane, and even gave me a discount for the extended length of time. Shane eventually died of cancer, and Dr. Laura was very sympathetic and caring during that emotional time. All of the girls in the office are professional, and very friendly. Veronica and the other girls have even helped me apply flea medicine on my new German Shepherd, Sadie. I cant express how wonderful everyone is. Dr. Laura really knows her stuff. I highly recommend everyone in the office.

Dr Laura and her staff cared lovingly for my dog Pete, a Shih Tzu, for many years. Pete became a favorite at the hospital, since with his various ailments he gave them a lot of practice! When it came time to let him go at the age of fourteen, Dr. Laura was so caring, positive and helpful as I said good-bye, one of the most difficult things I have ever had to do. Since then, I have become a "cat person," and my two feline friends have also come to benefit from the care at Tustin Santa Ana Veterinary Hospital. I can recommend them highly, not only for competent medicine, but also for that extra dose of love and concern that makes such a difference! Thank you, Dr. Laura!

If you are new the area or just have a new pet, if your search criteria includes finding a truly patient, engaging, cheerful and caring staff--stop searching --this is the place! During your appointment you will discover that the Drs will take unpressured time with your pet, be very thorough and explain everything in human-human speak. Yes, it means on a super busy Saturday morning everyone in the waiting room, including the pets get to know one another better because we all know once inside the patient rooms, all the time necessary will be taken to take care of you and your pet and all for a very pocket-friendly price. This is a wonderful place to bring your pets.
