I was able to make a same-day appointment which in my book is pretty good. I brought my dog Max in to have an exam for his ears because hes been shaking his head. As soon as I got there, I filled out a new client form and only sat and waited for about 10 minutes. Finally a technician came out and called us into the room and then proceeded to take Maxs weight and temperature which Im sure he didnt care for. After the technician was done, the doctor came in and introduced himself as Dr. Lee. After his exam it was finally time for the doctor to check Maxs ears wich he doesnt do very well with, but the doctor knew exactly what to do and to my surprise Max was actually pretty calm! It turns out max had a yeast infection in both of his ears!! After our small find, the doctor then showed us how to apply the medication and then sent us up front to scheduled a two-week follow-up. Overall my visit was very pleasant, the doctor was very informative and very thorough when explaining what was going on with Max. The staff was amazing and treated max as if he was their own. Ill definitely be back!!!

The doctor is very knowledgeable and takes as much time as you need. He treated my two dogs so gently and explained everything in detail. You can tell he loves animals and knows what hes doing. Im glad I found him. His staff is also very helpful and polite.
