I have had many bad experiences with dentists in the past, but Mindful Dental has changed that! Dr. Rocha is extremely kind and very attentive to my needs as a patient. She makes sure to fully answer and explain any and all questions that I have. The whole staff is very friendly and the girls at the front desk are always helpful and smiling! I recommend Mindful Dental very highly, and am so happy I found a dentist that I feel comfortable going to! They have changed my entire outlook on going to the dentist!

I have been a patient of Dr. Naz since he opened Mindful Dental. He is a great dentist. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them with competency and empathy. He and his assistants and hygienist, Donna, make me feel comfortable and relaxed when they are treating me. His staff, Ashley and Becca are friendly. I recommend anyone who hasnt gone to the dentist in a while because they are uncertain, please try out Mindful Dental. You will be pleasantly surprised.

My visit to Mindful Dental was outstanding. Their office is absolutely spotless with the newest equipment. Dr. Naz saw me and he was kind, patient when answering my questions, & very thorough during my exam. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic and professional. It is very easy to make an appointment and reschedule if necessary. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Naz and Dr. Rochas office for years. They have the best staff working for them. The office is full of great personality and very warm, friendly people. Both Dr. Naz and Dr. Rocha have been very professional and explain any work as required. I drive from out of town for my family dental care.
