I have been going here for almost year now and after today’s mishap I don’t think I will be returning ever. Overall, the location is convenient and clean. The front desk is alright, depending on who it is. In general, the front desk seems a bit unorganized and unprofessional. It seems like there are a lot of miscommunication issues. Dr. Eldin is the owner but if you plan to see the same doctor each time you return, tell them that because otherwise you will do a consult with one doctor and get treated by another. I’ve seen Dr. Eldin, Amer, and the other doctor whose name starts with an M (I have it written down at home but am still sitting in the parking lot of office as I write this!). So fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I have an appointment scheduled with who I thought was Dr. Eldin until I got a phone call a half hour before the appointment telling me they had to cancel because “Dr. M” had an emergency. I said it was not a big deal because I live 5 minutes away and was working from home that day so I didn’t mind rescheduling. I rescheduled the appointment for the following week but forgot to mention that it was supposed to be with Dr. Eldin. That day arrives and I get a phone call from the front desk a half hour before my appointment to cancel it, saying that the Dr. was going to be out for a while. This time I was a little irritated because I need to get this work done and I was legit walking out to my car when she called. So I discuss with her that I want to reschedule and with Dr. Eldin and she says Dr. Eldin is only in Wednesdays. I scheduled the appointment for 11:00 a.m. today and arrive at 10:55. There is a new lady at the front desk who doesn’t greet me, not a huge deal. I sign my name, and wait along with the 7-9 other people that are waiting. I didn’t bother asking how long the wait was because I saw only 3 people’s names in front of me. It’s now around 12:00 and I ask her if she knows how long the doctor will be - she says there is 3 people in front of me. So… in an hour none of those people were seen yet several people were taken in? She said she couldn’t give me a time frame for how much longer I’d be waiting. I told her I live 5 minutes away and that it would have been nice if they called to let me know they were hours behind, she didn’t say much. As I wait I hear other people say that they had a 11:00a.m. appointment with Dr. Eldin….. awesome. I wait for another half hour and then decide to ask her if I can come back. She shakes her head at me and says they can’t do that. I told her my last 2 appointments were cancelled and now I’ve been waiting for over an 1 1/2. Another 15 minutes goes by and I decide I just wanted to reschedule. I went up to the desk and another lady standing there says “we’re bringing you in next!” I finally get called in at 12:45pm by Fernando, a new assistant. He asked what I was there for today, I told him, and he stepped out to confirm with Dr. Eldin. He returned and told me that the Dr. wanted to remove my wisdom teeth first but that he will be in shortly…. So basically I waited 2 hours to be told that I won’t be getting the work done today. I waited another 10 minutes and still no Dr. Eldin. I told fernando I was going to have to leave. I honestly was so upset at this point, I didn’t feel like waiting anymore. As I am walking out I see Dr. Eldin in with the next patient (who arrived after me) and he’s clearly about to treat them. I tell the lady at the front desk that he’s way to busy to help me, she gets distracted by another patient that was waiting and I just left. Talk about a hot mess and a waste of over 2 hours. Someone is overbooking appointments big time. I never used to have to wait and I never had this many issues. I was happy to have found them but now I will be looking for a new dentist :(

I gave them 1 star because I didnt have to wait long (and because I couldnt give zero stars) but the very brief visit from start to finish was a joke. When I initially made the appointment I explained to the woman the appointment was for a second opinion due to a previous dentist recommending me to get a root canal. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, I was called in and the assistant was under the impression due to the "notes" I was there for an ortho consult, after explaining the situation to her she still continued to go back and forth with me about the reason for my visit (lack of communication). So the Dr comes in takes a look at some X-rays Ive had done there back in 2015! Heard me say pain (not to hot or cold) and tells me right away that I do in fact need a root canal. He didnt bother to request a current X-ray to see the current condition of the tooth and didnt even examine the tooth. Nor did he try to discuss alternative preventive options if there were any. Sad I chose this place as my second opinion.

I visited doctor Seattle, she was not helpful I dont think she knew enough. She did not give me detail. First they took a small screen xray and when I ask for about my teeth root, they like I dont know we need to take xray of your root but insurance wont cover coz we already took. My problem was about my wisdom tooth duh. They make me come another day for their mistake, and i believe they bill my insurance for something else. However, I have to wait for my insurance approval for farther treatment. But when I calling for further question from doctor regarding my pain the front desk assistant was rude and just give me some answer without asking doctor, I know she was just making up things just for me to hang up. Front dest women was not helpful when i was at the office. Overall they had no concern about my health, they poor handled my situation. I am looking for another doctored to do further treatment before they ruin things even more.

El peor lugar que he visitado, el staff rudo y sin etica profesional! Lo unico que verdaderamente les importa es tu dinero! No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto! El dentista rudo tambièn y sin tacto!! Hace un año que paguè el bill y aun me siguen cobrando cuando mi seguro cubrio el 80%y paguè $200 al instante!! Sean màs profesionales y ejersan su profeciòn con vocaciòn! Les doy una estrella porque es mandatorio pero en mi opiniòn no se merecen ninguna!

Great dentist office!!! The doctors and staff really care about patients. I felt like everything was explained to me and I was aware of all the details. On top of that I had implants done and I am very happy with the results. They worked out a comfortable financial arrangement with me, and I was so glad that I found them, because I never knew I could have my natural smile back ever again. One other thing that was very pleasant in the office is that everything is very clean and they love plants. The have a huge plant in one of the rooms that keeps growing and every time I come in it is more beautiful than the time before. I give many thanks to the staff, office manager and all doctors who took such a great care of me.
