I will not visit any dentist other than Dr. Tsangaroulis and team. I met Dr. Tsangaroulis 6 or 7 years ago by chance when looking for a dentist near my office in Jersey City for convenience. He has since moved to Greenwich to practice, and I continue to commute from Jersey City to their office for no other reason than to go to the dentist. Since the first cleaning, not only have I learned an incredible amount about my dental health, I have been met with an extremely welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at every appointment. When visiting, I have often sat at length discussing questions I may have, and have always felt Dr. Tsangaroulis and team were genuinely happy to take the time to ensure I was fully informed and making the best decisions for me. The entire office is extremely knowledgeable and up to speed on the latest in dentistry, which clearly comes through in their work. Every procedure I have had with the team has been executed perfectly, whether a cleaning, scaling, bonding, whitening, etc.. I feel very confident in the quality of care I am getting and trust the team completely with their guidance and thoughts. Overall, my dental health has improved considerably since I started visiting, and my daily habits have become much more effective based on the things Ive learned from them. The office itself is also a pleasure to visit. The office manager Hope is great to work with and talk to in general. She is super friendly and extremely helpful. The hygienists on the team are also a pleasure to talk to and make the whole process become enjoyable (or at least as enjoyable as its going to get!). I always feel very welcome when going in, especially when everyone on the team stops when walking by the waiting room when patients come in and say hello. The whole team (including Dr. T) is always excited to talk about what is new in life, and it really creates a warm community environment that is few and far between. Overall, I have found this practice to be outstanding in every category. Dr. Tsangaroulis leads a team that is both knowledgeable and friendly, and I would recommend this practice to anyone (and I do frequently).

I always disliked going to the dentist, but from the second I met Dr. Tsangaroulis, I felt very comfortable and at ease. I really felt I can trust him and his staff. I wasnt happy with my crooked teeth, so I visited a few dentists for a consultation who recommended veneers. I was unsure about the high cost and skeptical about drilling my teeth. A friend of mine who also sees Dr. Tsangaroulis highly recommended him so I went for a second opinion. He didnt charge me for the initial consultation which was very generous. He took his time to go over multiple treatment options, alternatives and the cost associated with each. His first option was not veneers, but instead doing Invisalign so I listened. Dr. T was very thorough in explaining each step, so I knew what I was getting into. Fast forward a few months, he was absolutely right, the result was beyond what I was hoping for. He even gave me a free whitening when we were done. Not only do my teeth look great, but my bite feels better and my gums dont bleed because I can floss better. Not to mention he saved me thousands of dollars had I decided to do the veneers. This really showed me he truly cares about his patients and only recommends treatments that are best for them. I continue to get cleanings every 6 months with the hygienists who are also excellent. They always give me great easy tips for brushing and flossing. Overall, the staff is very pleasant, always welcoming and very helpful. Ive also referred my husband and friends who are very happy with them as well. Whether youre looking for an intelligent and caring dentist or routine thorough cleanings, I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. T, as my kids affectionately refer to him, is the Ideal dentist not only for children but for all. When he took over the practice of my former dentist Dr. Tsangaroulis quickly won me over by his clear knowledge, professionalism and great "bedside manner". It is a small, personalized practice. He doesnt run patients through his practice but spends a good amount of time getting to know you and clearly explaining processes. Ideal for someone like me who wants to know details. He is even better when it comes to children. My older son has sensory issues and dreaded going to the dentist. Dr T. was a calming presence from the first time he met Sam. Since then he has no hesitation in going to "Dr. T". My younger son needed more work done and said "it was OK, not bad. Dr. T is alright" after getting a cavity filled. Dr Tsangaroulis has a team that takes on his professionalism. Hygienists are thorough and put you at ease. The office is well run by Hauta and she makes the billing process with insurance simple with no issues to deal with. Anyone, with kids or not, will be well served picking Dr. T as their dentist.

Our experience with Dr. Tsangaroulis has been amazing from our very first appointment. I found Dr. Tsangaroulis through an online search since I was new in town, and I was very impressed with his website and credentials. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and is very reassuring and always has a positive outlook no matter what the situation is. He is extremely meticulous during every visit, whether it’s a filling, a crown or whitening my teeth. The hygienists are lovely as well and do a great job cleaning my teeth. Going to the dentist can be a drag, but his office has a comfortable, relaxed, yet professional atmosphere. From the second you step through the door, you feel like you are at home. There is a beautiful fish tank which we all love. Hata the receptionist is so welcoming and pleasant, she always offers us water, coffee, wifi, TV, and even an ipad! And she always gives my kids stickers and “prizes” after their visits, and they’ll ask when we’re coming back again! I am grateful to have such a wonderful dentist taking great care of my family in Greenwich.

Around this time last year, I was getting tired of my teeth not being perfectly straight...I was looking into Invisalign and doing some research for dentists around Greenwich...I came across Dr. Tsangaroulis name and decided to give him a call to find out more about Invisalign and when I went in for my initial appointment I couldnt be happier. The staff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. When it was time to get the Invisalign I was so excited and it made me feel better knowing he was excited for me as well. Dr. Tsangaroulis is very professional, and he eased my anxieties (especially when I had to get some cavities filled!) ...I was an express case for Invisalign so I only had to do it for about 6 months, and if I ever had any issues I was able to call him and he would get me in right away. Now that I am done with the Invisalign and only have a retainer, I am LOVING my new smile. I would recommend Greenwich Family & Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone and everyone!
