I had a dental emergency on a Friday when my typical dentist was closed. I have a horrible dental phobia and was extremely upset as my usual dentist specializes in handling individuals with anxiety. I randomly went to Dr. Rizzo because my tooth pain was that bad. I had an AMAZING experience! He took me as a walk in, everyone on his staff was extremely kind, and the hygienist was incredibly comforting and sensitive. I ended up having to pay out of pocket (because my insurance sucks) but his prices were extremely reasonable and he was up front about the cost and my options right from the beginning. He diagnosed the problem with my mouth, provided me with a treatment plan, and gave me prescriptions that I needed. I seriously wish I had better insurance because this doctor and his staff are incredible. 10/10 I would recommend them to everyone!

After only one visit I can tell you that this will be my familys dental office in the future. Not only are they extremely professional but everyone in the office is genuinely warm and caring. Dr. Rizzo explains everything in detail but in actual terms you can understand. He listens to all of your concerns and has the ability to put you at ease no matter how huge your fear of dental work. I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a child but I feel this will be a thing of the past for me after meeting with Dr. Rizzo. I am so grateful that my friend recommended his office to me.

I thought I left a review but I guess not. So first off Dr. Rizzos office is great. Theyre are super friendly and if you have any issues they see you fairly quickly and will call if any sooner appts are available. My cleanings here are the most thorough Ive ever received. Ive also had fillings done and that if I had any issues I was asked to call back anytime. Dr. Rizzo always checks in to see how you are which is very rare to see. Most Doctors are in and out with patients but not him or Dr. Puccio theyre awesome and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Hands down, best dentist I ever had. There was a bad abscess in my mouth that I ignored for years and he wasted no time removing it immediately after discovering it, then talked me through a treatment plan that was easy to understand for the rest of my admittedly poorly-cared-for teeth. The entire staff is good people, always patient and looking to minimize the discomfort during procedures and making sure you understand whats being done and why, which is an important thing I never even considered before I went to Smiles. Cant even recommend them more.

Dr. Rizzo and his staff are extremely accommodating, caring, knowledgeable and helpful to the needs of their patients. I was treated for a minor emergency, and they were able to fit me in right away, though the practice was very busy. He explained the procedure to me, and continued explaining what he was doing along the way so I felt comfortable during the process. I would highly recommend Dr. Rizzo for anyone needing a very caring, competent and professional dentist. His sense of humor broke the tension too!

I would highly recommend the office for their excellent dentistry, fearless experience for kids and the very knowledgeable front desk. The office atmosphere is very warm and friendly. Ive been a patient of Dr. Rizzos for going on 12 years. He is by far the best dentist Ive ever been to. Hes gentle, kind, funny--and most importantly, painless!! Wouldnt go to anyone else!
