Very little stock to choose from. Very expensive. Poor communication. Was told I would get a call when glasses come in. Its been almost a month. I will not be returning except to get my overpriced glasses when and if they ever come in. After told they would call, I went in check on glasses. Put them on and see double. Told them they tried to adjust twice, checked their measurement said they were right and I would have to get use to it. I said I shouldnt have to get used to seeing double. Or tuck my chin to my chest to be able to see. They said they would call me after checking with the dr. A week with no call I went back after they said Dr checked script and it was right but if I wanted he could check it again. Id have to schedule an appt. I am handicapped and it is very painful to walk. At this point i just wanted my glasses and to go home. Now I get home and read they will do whatever they can up to 30 days. It was over 30 days before I even got them! Poor customer service. I told them it often takes numerous attempts to get the glasses right because one ear is lower then the other. But she was only willing to try twice before giving up and telling me shes right and I have to get used to seeing double.

Im extremely satisfied with the service I received at this location. The staff is professional and caring. Ive been to so many opticals and this is by far the best one. Prices are reasonable and my glasses are great. Overal fantastic experience. I would highly recommend it!

This Pearle Vision is the most caring optical center Ive ever been to. The Dr. made sure I understood why my eyes had changed over a period of time, and explained what prescription was best for me. I love her and my glasses.

This Pearle Vision will be my only choice for my eyes! Dr. Kelly did a very thorough exam and the prices of frames and lenses are very reasonable. The staff is professional and also very caring.
