Dont yell across the room with a patients information or questions. You ask the person to walk up to the desk and ask them or talk to them quietly. And if someone has insurance and you have had problems with the insurance you tell them on the phone not when they come in and you tell them they need a referral when they have been told by their insurance company they dont need one. And then when someone questions and you say not my job. Oh yes it is to let a patient know if they need one or if there is a problem getting paid by the insurance company.

I recently had clear lens extraction performed by Dr. Kalt. I was in his office probably half a dozen times prior to and after surgery. I found Dr. Kalts staff very professional, courteous, and friendly. I felt very informed prior to surgery, including expectations and possible complications. The post operation counseling was also spot on, including what to expect and look out for. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Kalt and I couldnt have been happier with my overall experience.
