STAY AWAY! I saw two different doctors at Dr. Bells office for a severe rash with a severe itch. They both were in such a hurry they had no time to answer my questions or address my concerns. They were very uncaring. The worst though were the nurses who answer the phone. I had to call them twice because the medicine the doctors gave me didnt work. Both times they were rude and would give me only a few seconds to ask my question then hung up. They acted like I called them in the middle of the night. It took one of the nurses two days to return my call even though I told the receptionist the rash had now spread all over and I was itching so badly I was bleeding. I was very polite each time so I know it wasnt anything I said. The person who runs this office needs to show these people the door. On second thought this kind of behavior is usually endorsed from the top.

Dr. Bell was recommended by my GP, Dr. Bunce. I saw a nurse practitioner in the Murfreesboro office and was extremely satisfied. They were very direct on what insurance would and would not pay. They gave me an upfront cost of those items not covered by insurance that I though was very reasonable. I felt the exam was thorough and complete. They are a little hard to get on the phone but returned messages in a timely manner (thats why 4 instead of 5 stars). I highly recommend.

Dr. Bell is exceptionally pleasant as well as his staff. He knows his stuff so well that he doesnt have to waste your time. I have hereditary spots ranging in size and color all over and he was able to view them and see one that needed biopsy and my entire visit was less than thirty minutes. You can visit him knowing you will be cared for, listened too and trusting you are in good hands.

They blistered my daughters skin then wouldnt return my phone calls and pleas to try to find out how to help her. Will never ever give them any business. I will have bad memories for the rest of my life of that little girl crying with blistered skin and they wouldnt call me back even though they have an after hours hotline. Dr. Bell is a bad person for not calling me back to help! Bad!

I shouldve listened to the reviews and changed appointments for my son. They didnt help him, they were so rude, Dr. Bell is an ass, and he has such a huge ego even though he doesnt have successful results to back it up, etc. 4 now 5 reviews that are all bad. One person rated 2 stars which is the highest out of the reviews. Thats so bad!!

Dr. Bell is a joke! I went to this location due to the smyrna one only having nurse practitioners but honestly I was better off going there this man walked in the room and automatically brushed off the main issue at hand and said it was just acne like seriously?! Definitely dont waste your time people

I was sitting in the waiting room, reading the reviews and started silently panicking. However, everyone I came in contact with was friendly, Dr. Bell included. He did not try to oversell me on anything and was very professional! My appointment was at 3:30 and I was seen at 3:45.
