I have been going to the Dermatology Center of Indiana for a few years now. I was introduced to the staff from my daughter. She had been going to a dermatologist in our local area and had been having a mole observed for 2 or 3 years. I suggested a 2nd opinion and she decided to come to Dermatology Center in Plainfield since they had recently moved into that area. Dr. Guenthner took a biopsy and in two days HE was in contact with her to have it removed; the biopsy showed skin cancer. I was so thankful that she had a 2nd opinion and impressed with his quick action. I decided to stop going to my local area dermatologist and transfer to the Dermatology Center in Plainfield (it is a 1.5 hr drive for me, but I feel that my health and piece of mind is worth it)

I ignored the one bad review, and now Im wishing I hadnt. I just left the office without being seen after sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes. I thought scheduling the first appointment of the day would ensure I didnt have to wait around, especially when I was told it would be 20-30 minutes for my visit total. I even called to confirm the time frame again yesterday. After watching 3 different patients who checked in 15-25 minutes after I did get called back before me, I left. Glad I got up at 5 a.m. for nothing.

My husband and I are both patients of the Dermatology Center of Indiana. Dr. Guenthner is absolutely the best Dermatologist! His staff is great! They are all great listeners, answered all our questions; the cost for the services rendered was very affordable; very sensitive to wait times; office is very assessable and they are not the "once a month" return type of practice. They only require a return visit when necessary. We recommend them!!

Everyone from the reception staff to the nurses to the Drs are all so friendly and helpful, even on the phone. I had an urgent issue and they returned my first call the same day and I was able to get an appt within 24 hours with a PA and she was great! And when my biopsy results came back she is the one who called me and made sure all my questions were answered. I defiantly recommend this place!

I absolutely love this doctor & staff. All are very courteous. I never have to wait past my appointment time & always have ample time with the doctor, PA & nurse. In fact, the last 2 times I was seen, I arrived early & was in/out prior to my actual scheduled time. All my questions & concerns were answered. I have referred relatives & friends.

This office is very well organized- you can count on great and friendly help at the time scheduled! I recently had a last minute conflict and needed to be seen earlier. The office was great to get me in but let me know that it was only because nobody else was there. I really appreciate the concern shown to me as well as other patients.

He has a "highly" trained eye to detect whether your concerned "spot" is anything to worry about, or can give you a witty response that you have no worries to cut something out!
