Dr Horowitz is awesome but his staff is terrible. I needed to come in and get a $10 shot. Dr horrowitz said "come in anytime and get the shot. Takes 2 secs with no office visit". I tried explaining this to the old crotchety woman behind the desk and kept demanding I have to pay for an office visit. After 10mins of arguing I stormed out. I figured I would call and talk to the dr. No dice. I got a nurse who hung up on me. It was like she was trying impress someone by acting tuff. I never cursed her, yelled, or talked ugly to her. I was trying to explain what I had been told. She then told me dr Horowitz has so many nurses because he sometimes makes mistakes like telling people things that are wrong and I had to have an office visit. Its hard to believe he knows what they are saying about him behind his back. After I asked to talk to him she hung up on me. Then again when I called back. I will not be back.

Dr Horowitz is the best! My grandmother, mother, brother, aunt, sister, 4 of my children, son in laws and myself have had nothing but successful outcomes over many years. I would recommend him for anything derm wise you are needing. His staff is great and able to answer any questions you may have concerning your issues, treatment and root cause. As for Horowitz, he is a character and knows his stuff! I wouldnt go anywhere else nor would my family. Over the years I have sent many friends to see him and all have had successful stories to tell. His office is full of antique and unique cards, pics, signs, bottles, medical appliances, advertisement of our healthcare over history. It is awesome to see! Thank you Dr Horowitz and your staff for what you do!!!

A BAD comic show - 5 minute routine at $50 a pop. Keeps you coming back to pay for the elaborate, but interesting, antiques and relics displayed in the office. Staff, very unprofessional - good luck in figuring out who one of his many nurses are - they dont even have the sense to introduce one of them on the voice mail messaging system by name. Your a number - not a patient - not a personable staff. If you need any thing done outside of the normal routine - forget it, its not happening. My wife has been waiting for a call back from one of the nurses now for 4 days - never returned phone call.

I love Dr. Horowitz he is the best hes knowledgeable of what you issue is very helpful always a smile talks to you as a person he is busy but still takes time with you if you want it or need and have question. His staff follow him around like puppies listening and doing to help you. I have been going to him for some years. If he should ever retire it is going to hard to replace him.

Been going to him for years. Super unique office with doctor and western medicine history memoribillia everywhere. Keeps me entertianed while waiting. Its seriously endless. Evertime I am there is see multiple things I have not noticed. Supurb doctor tried everything on my long term foliculitis which for the first time I feel like I am getting ahead of. Thanks for everything doc.

I have been going here for a while now and always see Cassie, one of the nurse practitioners. She is awesome, listens to my concerns, and is very diligent in here effort to resolve my many skin issues. I highly recommend her. The cosmetic side of the practice is also great and very responsive. I can usually get an appointment promptly.

They were extremely slow to answer my calls. I was never introduced to who was in the room nor did they ask my name. It was a waste of time- they merely came in, wrote me a prescription then sent me on my way. The prescription was not covered by my insurance so they wrote me a different one and did not take the time to follow up.

Dr. Horowitz is great. He is very knowledgeable and has a hilarious sense of humor. He makes sure everything is taking care of at each appointment. I would highly recommend him and his staff to all my friends and family. His staff worked with me personally and I never felt like I was just a number or source of payment.
