Kristen REFUSED to see me today over a $100 deductible. I have been going to Heritage Medical about 6 months for Accutane treatment. My dermatologist is Dr. Rand but because this was an emergency appointment and Dr. Rand was booked, they said Kristen could handle the appointment. Ive never seen her before but considering Accutane visits are only about 2 mins and paperwork visits for doctors, I accepted the appointment. Due the the severity of Accutane, going to the doctor MONTHLY IS REQUIRED. I am always billed because my job has an HRA account so my actually cost is ALWAYS lower than $100 (which is why they just bill me). Im in the healthcare field so i know how co-pays and deductible payments work. THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BILL ME FOR MY PLAN! I just paid on my balance 2 weeks ago and I pay on it regularly so be denied an IMPORTANT visit which can throw me off Accutane is disturbing and upsetting. I lost time off work by showing up to an appointment only to be refused service. Dr. Rand would have never and has never done that! Due to this incident I will no longer be using Heritage Medical and Kristen should consider opening her own practice so she can run it like a cash cow business. Also, the young black girl who sometimes works the front desk is rude, unprofessional and unkempt. Front desk staff should be presentable is all aspects. The ONE star, which i am required to put to post, represents Dr. Rand because she is always nice.

Dr. Stirling was amazing! It has been a couple years since my visit with her, and I am currently planning on visiting soon! She was super sweet and helpful! And most important, she took her time in making sure that I was cared for as best as possible, and that I understood everything happening!

Frequently when I call, I cant get through to anyone. The voice message tells you to leave your name, number etc, which Ive done and received no call back.
