Absolutely outstanding experience. I recently went to another dermatology center in town and I was unimpressed to say the least. Dr. Swan was fantastic and took the time to really explain to me my problem. At the end of the appointment, the tech girl throughly explained my medication to me. She warned me the Medication may be expensive and if it seemed high I should call her and she cold help me find the medication at a lower cost through her connections. I was very grateful and very impressed with the entire operation. If you feel like you need to see a dermatologist you owe it to yourself to try Dr. Swans office first.

Dr. Swan was quick and efficient with our appointment. Staff was incredibly friendly and I was received within several minutes of showing up. Everything was explained clearly and I felt a great sense of relief as I felt like Dr. Swan genuinely cared for my specific needs. We liked Dr. Swan, but the billing was a nightmare! They didnt bill our insurance the full amount (of a pre approved procedure), and therefore we did not meet our deductible like we should have. Trying to get it fixed has been a chore (4 months later, Im still leaving unreturned voicemails!)
