Saw Dr. Byrne years ago. Liked him a lot. Great advice and care. Saw Dr. McTigue a few years later. Adored her. Tried to get in to see her a few years later, but she wasnt taking new patients. Understandable for such a good doctor, and one who communicates so well. Felt extremely comfortable with her. Will try to get back in. Dr. Davis, not so much. Cold bedside manner, no time to ask questions, seemed disdainful, a trip through McDonalds is more personable than an appointment with her. Cancelled the follow-up, never went back to see her again. Am a little discomforted by the fact that shes in the same center as McTigue. But will try to see McTigue again anyway. Not letting a rude doctor stand in the way of seeing an excellent one.

If possible would give zero stars.Took 6 months to get appointment at Dermatology Center Bloomington, waited 2 hours once got there before even being called back, then another 30 min in room. Had to take off work and ended up having to leave before ever seeing doctor as work calling. No apology offered, when asked about when could expect to be seen, told well..... only 5 more before me but they could reschedule. needless to say I left, however they did still charge me my copay fee. Will never use this office again. Ended up going to Indianapolis, got in in 2 weeks after calling, waited 20 min, saw doctor, skin cancer treated at appointment . very professional. beware of Bloomington Dermatology, arrogant and very lousy service!

Indisputably the best dermatologists! This group of professionals has a fantastic front office staff, top-notch, well trained nursing staff, and physicians assistants. In a serious siutation, they got my daughter in THE SAME DAY I CALLED for an appointment!! They are in high demand, understandibly, because they are awesome doctors. I personally have been in their MEDISPA and LOVE IT, too!! FIVE STARS!! Only THE BEST FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. I receive top notch dermatology care at DCSI. PS...Jeanette.....ALL Patients in the Medispa sign contracts for fees and cancellation rules, including me!

Paid big bucks to finally try and get my facial hair removed by laser. Been saving ip for a long time. They encouraged me along, of coarse, but after 5 visits and painful procedures I still have a lot of hair. PLUS they charged me an extra $150.00 because I missed an appointment. I was in a mountain region for over a week at the time and could not call. They would not give me a break. I still have a beard. And that is after paying out close to $700.00. And that was a sale!!!

Best Dermatologists in southern Indiana! Very friendly and calming environment. Very educational on products and services. Excellent work by BOARD CERTIFIED DERMATOLOGIST with cosmetic procedures and medical services! Ive been a few other places that have claimed to have experience in Dermatology but do not!!! Be aware of these places! DCSI is very professional and has Experienced Dermatologist and estheticians! I will continue to go back!

Id never been to a dermatologist before and Dr. Davis was a great listener and extremely receptive to my concerns. She and her staff were professional and the office space is beautiful. I have not had any problems with scheduling or being seen promptly at my appointment time. She is also extremely helpful when working on a budget as many drugs arent covered by insurance. Great experience.

DCSI in general is horrible in getting an appt. They take on too many patients, so it takes a 4-6 months to get an appt. And then when they cancel your appt, they offer another appt a month further out! Incredibly lousy service.
