Our toy poodles have been cared for at Park Cities for over 20 years. The compassionate and highly skilled staff and veterinarians have cared for three generations of our "four footed children". The vets are always up to the minute int their knowledge of the best evidence and research and offer the testing and treatment to match. If needed, they have professional relationships with specialist, We appreciate the attention our little guys receive every time and the extra care and education we receive from the vets. Dr. Black has been our primary veterinarian for years. He and the staff have been there when our poodles were healthy and well and stood with us as we said good-bye to a beloved four footed child. Park Cities is simply the best. My hope is that people care will someday catch up to Park Cities standards!

The staff was very friendly and the vet was very attentive. In fact, the vet did everything from intake to check out, which is unusual for me at a clinic this size since they usually have nurses or techs do almost everything. However it was the most expensive vet visit I have ever experienced (almost twice what I am used to paying) for standard checkup and shots. Also it seemed like they kept recommending expensive products and procedures, including cosmetic procedures. Ha ha, I wont even do cosmetic procedures for myself, let alone my dog! I guess I can understand based on the location that many of their clients would want this kind of service, but its a little pricey for me.

Took my two 14 week old kittens to Park Cities today. All three of us were a bit nervous as this is the first time Ive been a pet owner. They got me into the observation room right away, and answered all of my questions. They made sure I understood everything, and took great care of my little guys. They also gave me a tour of the back and I got to meet most of the staff. Dr. Bill even carried one of my kittens in his carrier to my car for me! If that isnt top notch service I dont know what else you can call it! Excellent all around, Im moving a bit further away, but Ill for sure make the drive to Park Cities!

I cannot tell you how very pleased I am with Dr. Hille and his team at Park Cities Animal Hospital. It is incredibly hard to find a vet that takes care of exotics (we have a bearded dragon) as well as dogs, cats etc, and I have found one for sure. If you want excellent top notch veterinarian care, excellent customer service, and a kind loving staff…. look no further. The office is not only easy to get to, but clean and very comfortable too. There are many choices much closer to home, but this one is worth the drive.

New to Dallas, and took my two little kitties for their first checkup. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and we were in and out in no time! My kitties are feral caught so I was worried about how theyd react at the clinic but the vet handled them with care and were very calm when they came out. The desk and vet both did a follow up 1-2weeks later (which surprised me) and received a welcome letter in the mail. What a lovely clinic, will definitely be going there for any needs my kitties have.

I took my dachshund into PCAH yesterday afternoon after she was very sick with diarrhea and vomiting for two days. The Vet (Emily I believe) who saw her was sooo attentive and sat with me for nearly 20 minutes answering questions and concerns I had. I would recommend this clinic to anyone! Great overall experience. She provided my dog with antibiotics and medicine that made her so much better by that evening. Thank you PCAH for taking care of Raider!!!

The doctors and technicians are fantastic. Very caring and very helpful. Dr. Hilly and Dr. Black will go the extra mile to make sure you have all the information you need. Including calling you on the weekends and evenings to follow up on your pet especially if there is a specific problem they are treating. They are not the cheapest place in town but the value of the care and service outweighs this higher cost.Highly recommend them.

I have been a devoted Park Cities client for over 20 years. Naturally, I have had a variety of dogs and cats with varied ailments. PCAH has treated a variety of ailments from broken bones to ordinary problems to possible fatal illness. There could not be a more caring staff from the vet techs to the doctors to the front counter. I recently adopted my puppy from a coworker who found him abandoned at a Whataburger. My coworker had taken him to Park Cities Animal Hospital for his initial round of shots, but I live a bit far from Park Cities making it problematic to continue care there. Park Cities was very accommodating with helping me transfer to my new veterinarian which I very much appreciate. Thanks for everything PCAH.

Park Cities Animal Hospital has the most caring and compassionate and capable staff I have ever experienced with my pets. Dr. Tucker has helped my dogs through some very difficult medical problems and has always considered the very best plan for our pets and our family. The BEST vet hospital ever. I love our doctor - Dr Bill Cortius - hes always efficient and loving in his care for my dog. And the entire staff from the front desk and technicians are awesome. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my dog to be seen upon check in and I know that hes always in loving care when he is being examined.

We have taken our puppy, Raider, to see Dr. Emily Herring twice now and have been 100% satisfied each time. She is so patient and takes the time to really answer our questions. She is genuine and cares so much for our dog, which is always comforting. Highly recommend going to see her!

They have seen Dakota since the day I brought her home, and always answer any questions I have. Dakota loves to go to the vet, she gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. Everyone there loves & cares about animals, there is nowhere else I would ever bring my tiny terror!
