I looked at all the reviews, people with dogs love this place. Cat owners are a different story. I have a cat with diabetes, and the vets seem clueless as to how much to give her, plus the want to do a test ever other week. The staff dont read your records, they had no idea what happened on our the last visit - 2 weeks ago. Id go to a different vet, but Id have to go through the same testing all over again. I feel like we have been taken prisoners. Their inexperience with cats is costing me a fortune.

Even using a coupon that waived the $72 exam fee, the vaccination costs are extremely overpriced. Expect to pay at lease $30 per vaccine. The staff were friendly, but gave my cat an unnecessary vaccine, and also misinformed me. I was told I could get a 3 year rabies vaccine, but turns out they only give 3 year FVRCP vaccines. Will not be using this clinic again.

I took my dog there for an appointment I set up, and what he had was really bad but then I got him checked up,they gave me medicines for him and now hes all better. Plus they were really kind and understanding. I really recommend that you guys go there.

Besides one lady, who took, blondies blood ,The doc and everybody else was so nice to Blondie.She said ,give them Five Stars ,by waging her tale!!! And what did she say about the one lady?It didnt smell Good!!!

The staff and doctors are always very friendly. You can tell they really love what they do. I feel confident that our pup is receiving the best care possible from VCA Love Field.
