In my 20s I came here for a standard checkup and was told that almost all of my teeth had to be extracted. I cried in the chair and the dentist was unmoved. Thankfully I got a second opinion by someone who knew the latest dental technologies at another practice. The other dentist rehabilitated my teeth and 10+ years later they are thriving. I dont like to post negative reviews, but I felt this one necessary in case someone else finds themselves in that same position here or elsewhere. Always get a 2nd opinion by a caring dentist who is familiar with the latest dental therapies (such as a dental school) instead of believing what ONE dentist tells you.

I have been going to them for years and staff was fair and i am police officer and have had issiues that come example court and work. I had last min cancel and tried reschedule and staff calls me next day with an attitude likand says im going charge you not 25 fee to reschedule but 50. Asked will bring court notice again had a horrible attitude and said there is no one else can talk she makes the final decision. I hope that they can improve there customer service and lost a paying customer that had for years becuase of an horrible attitude not even the point of the money customer service is key

No good.Went there & dental assistant was discussing care plan with my boyfriend while he was getting teeth extracted.Addressed this issue with the dentist & she said that they were new.For my dental conformation call I was told by the person calling me "so you have an appointment in May?"Very unprofessional & incompetent staff. Needless to say we are not going back!!

Under new management assistant was discussing how much i owed from desk to chair not a profesdional office. Addressed this issue with the "owner" he adkef me to leave i declined he called police ---- THEY CAME TO MY HOME.......dentist & she said that they were new. We are not allowed to go back!! Thats one of the reasons Dr. Wong left.

Thank you for getting me in for an emergency appointment when I broke a tooth. I called that morning and they gave me a 12:30 appointment. It was unbelievable how hard and long Dr. Stephanie worked on extracting my difficult broken tooth. Great Job!
