initially when i came here, i was happy with how the office staff were. over time i started to notice things that really bothered me with respect to bedside manner and dentist recommendations. i went in for a recent visit. my tooth had really been bothering me and i knew from prior fillings and oral surgery that i probably needed a filling or a root canal since i felt nerve damage all along the side where the tooth was. first, the dentist was very snarky and condescending when i asked the nurse to take an x-ray of the area. i had x-rays done a few months prior, but there was clearly a difference in how i felt and i wanted to confirm that with a bite wing. second, he actually had the audacity to try and sell me on a mouth guard. i was really pissed off because i knew for a fact that a mouth guard HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A TOOTH FILLING OR ROOT CANAL. he sounded like such a pushy salesman trying to sell me on a stupid device that it was all i could do to not get up and leave. during the filling, he was super rough on my mouth with the dental tools. 3 days later i still feel the scars in my mouth bc he nicked my inner check with the drill. after i got my filling, i called the next day for them to send my dental records elsewhere. i refuse to go to a place where the dentist flat out ignores my concerns, takes me for an idiot, and tries to sell me on a product that literally has no use for what my concerns are. not only will i not recommend this place, but i will be sure to tell anyone who asks me if youre looking for good bedside manner, and a dentist who has your best interest in mind, this is not the place. shame however, because the nurses are super friendly. but i would never want to visit this dentist again

Wynnewood Dental Arts is a great office. They exceed expectations in all categories. -The front desk staff are all pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. -The hygienists are thorough, pleasant and they have never been demeaning or "naggy". They provide advise on dental maintenance and they are willing to take the time to answer any questions. -Dr. Definnis has provided top notch care for me during my entire 5 years with him. He is not pushy, provides detailed options and recommendations for any work, and he like all others in the office is always pleasant. This office is great and Id recommend it to any type of dental patient. Whether you are squeamish about pain and need the occasional extra work performed (like me), you need general maintenance and a thorough check-up (my wife), or anything in between, this is the place for you. AND, they are great with kids!!

BEFORE making an appt. I havent been to the dentist in about 5 years due to the fact that Im deathly or should I say I was deathly afraid of all dentist. But my fears were quickly put to rest when I walked out of my first appt with Wynnewood dental arts. The staff was very helpful in easing my anxiety and the dentist was thee best! Since my first appt Ive been back twice in less than a month to finish up my treatment plan and will continue to go back. Safe to say I am no longer afraid of the dentist thanks to the Wynnewood dental arts team!

I had a bit of an emergency as I had some tooth pain and was getting ready to travel out of the country. I was in a bit of a panic knowing I was traveling in a couple of days and called the office and was offered an appointment that very same day! I was treated extremely well by the entire team and left very happy and ready to enjoy my trip! I wholeheartedly recommend Wynnewood Dental Arts and Dr. DeFinnis.

Serena is the hygienist who I had at Wynnewood Dental Arts. She is excellent. Very attentive, very gentle, very through and very sweet. The dental equipment at Wynnewood Dental is state of the art. From the waiting room to the dental chair everything is very, very clean. Everyone who works at Wynnewood Dental are very caring and gracious. Its not painful at all to go to this dental practice!!

I was very pleased with my experience. I have a fear of the dentist and everyone made me feel comfortable and I didnt experience and pain during my dental procedure. The next day I called because I was experiencing pain and Dr. Definnis got on the phone and spoke with me and called a prescription in to my pharmacy. Very professional and one of the best dentist offices Ive been to.

Excellent!!! Excellent!!! Excellent!!! I am one that refuse to deal with yah pain of the needle. Rather deal with tooth pain. They understood, showed lots of compassion. C/Kathy was great. Dr. Definnis was great. Others in the office great. Great atmosphere. Would I highly recommend this office. Actually I started the moment I left the office and got in my car.
