The malpractice manager told me theyre just too busy to do it right. Every fall I get a respiratory infection / bronchitis. A few years ago my regular dr. wasnt available so I saw one of the others. When I pointed out the prescribed treatment was not the usual, effective course of action I was met with an I know better attitude and promptly shown out. Instead of the 2 weeks it generally takes to recover it took 4. Even with all of the required documentation I lost my job. Two years ago when I needed paperwork filled out for the military they lost it. Did they contact me? Certainly not. I found out after the fact and have since been discharged as a result. I never fail to receive e-mails about their medspa program though. I also find it interesting that the women in my family who are (mis)treated there get follow up phone calls from the dr. personally. A few months ago when I needed to be seen for the annual respiratory infection it coincided with my quarterly med check. A new dr. saw me on a Monday but couldnt do the med check as well. I saw my regular dr. on Wednesday for the med check but for some reason he didnt even ask about my respiratory infection. Outstanding! Every time I went there I felt like I was a contestant on a game show and the staff acted as if they were doing me huge favors.

I have pulled my kids out of their due to the rude office staff, the office manager and one other stafff person named adrian and Arleen are the two rudest people that they could have working their and when you tell the doctors what is going on the do nothing about it pretty poor I would say we are the ones that pay their paychecks but yet the are the nastest two that you could talk to. When you call to make an appointment and if it something that you are unable to take due to time incovenence their answer is you have no choose take it or leave it. They are never nice to peole who try to help others out with appointments, I had my sitter take my kids to the doctors with a note and they gave her such a hard time. I have never have a problem with the nurses or the other 3 ladies, Linda, Jane or dayle these are the only 3 that will give you the time of day when you walk in the office, that is pretty said that the rest of the Receptionist do not have the same manners.

Absolutely disgusted after my last visit to the Landing office. I was told to wait while signing in so the receptionist could finish a text. Once that was through, I waited almost two hours to see the doctor for all of 5 minutes. Her response to my issue was "well, what do you want me to do about it?" I refuse to return.

They dont see new patients unless you make an appointment for 2 weeks (or more) later. The office staff kept both my wife and I, on hold for close to 10 minutes in separate calls. If youre sick now, best to go somewhere else where they will see you when you need medical care, not when its convenient for the staff.

I have been going to Dr. Purcell and Dr. Damico for over 20 years. They have treated my whole family. He care so much about your health and well being. They will do what they can to make sure your in tip top shape.

Currently here and have been waiting for almost two hours. The wait time here is always absolutely awful and will ruin your entire day. Looking for a new doctor as soon as I leave here.

I find it interesting that every time I go there. I find out I have outstanding Co pays..like $ 200 and up!! What is that about..I pay both cash and debt! The wait is crazy long!

Dr. Purcell is the BEST!!! but the wait is horendous. expect to wait 2 hours before your seen. if it wasnt for that you would get a 5 star!
