I think she may be a thorough dr but my experience has been a bit different. I became a new patient of hers and the first two times I went to her she seemed very cold and distant. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she didnt know me yet. Well the following month I unexpectedly found out I was pregnant. Im over 35, diabetic and this my first child. I had started to believe that I just couldnt have children so this was a very pleasant surprise for me. Dr Maniya seemed to get angry w me and was very short w me. She acted like she couldnt deal w my situation at all and basically dumped me as a patient. She told me she didnt want to see me anymore until after I had my baby. I felt so bad at being treated that way by my doctor that it felt shameful. I am only in my 6th month now and have been thinking that I dont really want to return to her after my pregnancy. I am extremely disappointed bc Ive heard excellent things abt her from other patients and feel like it was personal against me. Im not speaking bad against her as a doctor like I said this was just my experience.

Dr. Maniya has been my doctor for years, I get personal care with a personal touch. She is sensitive to my needs and when I was going thru a tough emotional time she immediately recognized something was not right. I would highly recommend her to others
