Doctor and his staff are very unprofessional. We have repeated instances where doctor says blood test etc are needed and we never receive the prescription for it. Doctor rushes from one appointment to other without providing the prescriptin. Staff says we willl email it and they always forget. Even for medicines they say eprescription will be sent and when you go to pharmacy there is no prescription there. No reminder calls or scheduling for routine shots as well.

Very fine Doctor who doesnt relive in writing prescriptions till the child really needs it.We have been taking our child to him for the last 12 years and we are extremely satisfied with his noble service. Both my kids feel better instantly upon seeing Dr. Ravi. We have been seeing the doctor for our kids since last 12 years. Never has there been a single incident when the doctor did not go above and beyond to make sure me and my kids are not well taken care of. I wish my kids can continue to visit him even after they become adults :)

Dr. Ravi Chennapraga is very knowledgable pediatric doctor. All the time , he pays attention to my sons (8 month old) and my daughter(6 year old) when we visit, he listens and replies to all our questions nicely. he also available for advice or help ,when needed specially in off hours. Best doctor

Horrible time management, overbooks appointments. We waited for 1 hour 45 minutes and had to leave as we are uncertain on when we will be attended to. Did not even have the courtesy to come and talk to us when we are leaving. Staff is highly unprofessional and did not even care about the kids.
