Im a young mother of one, and being that my son is my first child, I take what doctors have to say about his health to heart. My child eats like a horse, always has. At my last appointment with Dr. Sheth, he raised a concern that my son was not gaining as much as he liked, even though he was still considered above average. Dr. Sheth didnt give me advice on how I could help my son gain more weight, but instead told me if at the next appointment he didnt see improvement, that an investigation with child services would have to be done. I walked out of the office in tears and never went back. Ive been to two doctors offices since then and they have had nothing but good things to say about my son. Since then Ive asked for my childs medical records to be transfered, many months ago. I followed up with the office many times and they were rude and didnt seemed interested in making it a priority at all. The records were never sent. The nurses wreak of cigarettes, something I didnt appreciate my son being exposed to. They do have a female doctor who is just excellent but the rest of Dr. Sheths staff and his office is just awful. I dont usually write reviews but Ive never had such a horrible experience with any doctor in my life. Definitely would recommend Kuser Pediatrics. Hamilton Pediatrics is far superior.

I never had a real problem with Dr Sheth (although he was a bit rough giving my baby her shots), but his office is very poorly managed. One of the nurses smelled very strongly of smoke. Another nurse answered a call on her personal cell phone while in the room with us and talking to us. Not to mention that each and every time I went there, I had to wait at least an hour (I think I waited 2 hours before) before even being shown to a room. I was going there with my newborn daughter and asking us to wait in a crowded waiting room with sick children for over an hour is ridiculous. Even transferring my records was a nightmare. 6-8 weeks to transfer records! Having a newborn who needed her shots, that was not possible, so I went in to pick up a copy. They photocopied the records with a very very blurry copy that was illegible. I wound up demanding the records and taking a picture of them with my phone so we could read the dates. If I could give this office negative stars, I would.

Dr. Sheth has been my pediatrician for all three of my sons for 21 years. He has been available to me at night and on weekends. When I was in the hospital having my third son, the Hospital would not release me because my blood pressure was too high. Dr. Sheth was examining my baby and saw how upset I was. He stayed with me for a long time. He calmed me down and assured me that I was probably upset because I had two little ones at home and had just had a c-section. Because he took time with me, I calmed down. He took my blood pressure which was then normal, and I was released. This time and many other times he has gone far beyond what I have ever experienced with any other doctor. My 21 year old son does not want to leave Dr. Sheth. He feels extremely comfortable with him. The reception staff was just horrible. My wife was trying to get some medical records straightened out. They were at fault and we were trying to get it straightened out. After an hour we proved they were at fault then the receptionist told her she had wasted their time and hung up on my wife.

We love him. Hes helped my husband tremendously thorough & took his time. Idk why people say they can hear him with other patients. Hes back in a private room. I would recommend him. Hes the nicest Doctor my husband has seen in all his trying of the right doctor.

Doctor Sheth is very methodical in figuring out the problem and very assuring for us. We feel we are in safe hands for our kids
