Dr Starkman and Stephanie(nurse practitioner) are amazing. The office staff however is the worst Ive ever had to deal with. There is only a 50/50 chance they will even pick up the phone, then you have a 50/50 chance of being hung up on. They dont even hide it either. Ive been in the office at the front desk and the receptionist will just pick up the phone and hang it right up.....doesnt even talk to the patient. When paper work/referrals are needed to be filled out, most likely they will be filled out incorrectly and you will have to pay the price for it(having to reschedule tests/specialist visits). When I needed to go to the nutritionist for my blood sugar the front office girl filled out my paper work saying that I needed to go due to high cholesterol. If it werent for the fact that I love Stephanie, I would never go there. 1 out of 10 the Drs get an 11 but the front office gets a 0

Dr. Starkman is a good man.Without his help I would probably not be here.Not only is he a good man I consider him a good friend. Doctor Starkman has always been there for me to talk to and get me through some very hard times .His staff is great especially Dawn.She has helped me tremendously.I wish there were more Doctors Who care about his patients the way Doctor Starkman does.God bless Dr. Starkman and his entire staff. I am lucky to have him as my Doctor.
