horrible staff. went in there because of an accident at the end of December. I needed a mri so staff said they would submit it. I called at the end of January to get an update and the girl said it was denied so they sent out an appeal letter. called back at the end of February she said they sent out another letter. called my insurance company who said they never received a letter. they called the drs office, and Pam said that the letter was sent out a few days ago. I called Pam and asked for a copy of that letter, and she said SURE AS SOON AS IM DONE WRITING IT. So the staff lied to me 2x and my insurance company. Still waiting for the DR to call back so he knows that his staff blames him for this. Horrible staff. Obviously do not care about people. I bet they would hate if someone did this to them. The DR may be good but his staff is horrible and I would not depend on them for anything. Go somewhere else.

Dr P is the best. My wrist was broken in 9 places back in Sept 2007. Dr P reconstructed it and here we are 4 years later and I still have full range of motion. My wife has had two Knee reconstructions, and Two of my children have gone here for broken bones. I wont use anyone else. Dont expect to be pampered or babied. He is fast on his feet, quick with his diagnosis and gives it to you straight with no sugar coating. He is a very good surgeon. Thanks Dr P.

37 years ago I was 17 yrs. old. Dr. Petrucelli operated on my ankles and knees several times after a terrible car accident. I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with my ankles or knees again since. I am 54 yrs. old now and although I have many other medical issues my legs are not one of them. I recently broke my ankle. Not only did he do a fantastic job on my surgery, considering this was my first ever surgery, but his staff is always plesent and he tells you like it is! He doesnt beat around the bush and sugar coat stuff. And he shows you whats wrong! I highly recommend him to anyone!
