I am very upset with Triangle Eye Care. Everything started out every nice. The young ladies assist me in pick out my frame for my progressive glasses and then a frame and lens for my sport glasses. Everything when fine until the progressive glasses were ready for pick. After trying it on I realize that I could not read out of the reading portion of the glasses at all. They admit that the wrong lens was ordered for the small frame I pick and I need what was calling a short lens. I asked and express concern about the reading area, they said that they would move it up which would give me more reading area. After ordering what was suppose to be the right lens I told them that the reading area was better but still too small, I have about 1/8 of an inch reading area across the bottom of the lens. The sport glasses were too tight and the strap that hold the sport glasses to my head keep popping lose. We talked about both problem and they said taking the glasses home and see how it works out for me. I call back after a few days and let Jessica know that glasses were not working out. Then I was let in on a shocker the frame that pick out could not be use with the lens that were ordered. I was told to fix the problem I have to pick out another frame. I didn’t want any of the other frames so I said I would like a refund. I was told they don’t give refund and they can’t do anything else for me. That is truly bad business. THEY COULD TOLD ME THIS FROM THE BEGIN AND SAVE BOTH OF US THIS PROBLEM.

Not for Rapport Builders This was my first time at Triangle Eye Care, and also my first time getting an eye exam. The facility was clean and the wait time was about what I expected, about half an hour. One of the people at the front desk was very friendly, but from the moment I met Dr. Klaus, I got the impression that he was not interested in being present with me as a patient; he seemed to be ready for my appointment to be over from its start, and I dont know why. He did not even bother to introduce himself by name--I had to ask him what his name was after telling him mine. When I had to place my face on the device to look through the lenses, it was apparently broken, because it would not adjust to fit both my chin and forehead. My trying to figure it out appeared to frustrate Dr. Klaus some; though he did not attempt to help me adjust it, but just left me to figure it out. While going through the lenses, he switched them quickly. He was minimally nice--maybe he was having a bad day. But he did not seem remotely interested in building a rapport with me as a patient, and seemed like he wanted to just get through my appointment. I prefer to build relationships with people who do things to my body. I do not plan to return to Triangle Eye Care, and will find a different provider for my next eye exam, which is sad because their location is very convenient for me.

I have never been so outraged at the actions of a doctor. I called my optometry office to get my records from the past 15 years only to find out that Dr Klaus removed all of my records and took them to his new office, even those records that did not belong to him but to the other doctors that I had seen! I am a practice manager and a HIPAA officer and have never before heard of this type of improper behavior. My office changed Drs every few years and my records have always remained at this office until now. I was never informed that he was leaving, given my permission to have my records removed or contacted by this new office! When I called his new office to get my records I was put through the "third" degree before they agreed to release my records to ME, even though he had taken MY records without permission. Please, Please think twice before you make an appointment.

I love the staff at Triangle Eye Care. They took care of myself, my husband, and son. I feel like I have a new friend Jennifer which is bubbly and smart at the same time. I have a very high prescription and have never been this impressed with how great my glasses look. The doctor did a great job as well. I recommend this Eye Center over any of the rest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go any where else. They also run specials which is very budget friendly to peoples needs. I feel very confident in sending my friends and family.

I am extremely happy with my visit to Triangle Eye Care. All of the staff were very friendly and eager to answer any questions that I had and its one of the nicest eye care facilities I have ever been to. I showed up about 10 minutes early for my appointment and they immediately got the paperwork going and took me right in for my exam. I was in and out in a very timely manner, which is very unusual for a doctors visit these days. Everything about this place is A+++!!! I recommend Triangle Eye Care to everyone for there eye care needs!!!

The staff there was friendly and helpful. It was easy to make an appointment and their location was very convenient for me. I felt like Dr. Klaus really took his time explaining things and seemed very genuine. I only got contacts this time, so I cannot speak to their frame selection. However, while I was browsing, it seemed as though they have a pretty broad/good selection. Will plan to go back there while Im still in Raleigh. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

just another ripoff place designed to hose you down, some of the frames arent even marked/priced, so when you ask you get different rates a minute later, felt like she is making it up as time went on, could tell she was trying to gauge me on how much i could afford. These places need to die already, thank god for the internet, GO ONLINE PEOPLE and let these scammers die a slow death. Felt like i needed to take a shower after going through this place.

Dr. Klaus and the staff at Triangle EyeCare are outstanding! I liked them so much that my husband switched his eye care provider to Dr. Klaus and my children and grandchildren are going to become new patients also. The office is clean, spacious and modern. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and Dr. Klaus was very thorough and explained his exam findings very clearly. I highly recommend Triangle EyeCare.

This was by far the BEST eye doctor experience that I have ever had! Dr. Klaus was so down-to-earth and he didnt make me wait like most offices. The front desk girl (I think her name was Katie) was so helpful in picking out my frames and lenses. She also saved me $35 on my contacts. The office itself was very modern and stylish. I will definitely be returning for any and all of my eyecare needs.

Satisfied! The staff was very attentive and friendly during the entire process. My exam went smoothly and I was so happy with the frame selection I got two pairs. The staff offered their opinions when called on and they really knew everything about the lenses and frames they are selling. I will definitely be going back when I need my next exam or eye wear.
