I had been going to Council Eye Care for about 5 years. I only need reading glasses, but I found a pair of glasses that I loved and I paid about $230 to $250 for them about 3 1/2 years ago. One of the nose holders fell off about 3 months ago. I was lucky enough to find it and took it to Council Eye Care to be fixed. They told me to wait and they brought my glasses back to me in about 5 minutes. Two or three weeks after that the nose holder fell off again, but this time I couldnt find it. When I took my glasses to Council Care, first off the guy basically accused me of lying and said there was no record that I had been there a few weeks earlier and said they had to be soldered and they did not have that capability at the office. He told me because I didnt have the nose holder they glasses could not be fixed. I went back to work and called the manager to complain. They offered me 30% off another pair of glasses. We (my family and I) all go to Thomas Turtle now and we are very satisfied.

Good selection but terribly overpriced. About 200% on most frames you can get online... probably to counter your insurance discount so you actually dont get one of you really add it up. I had an eye exam and was looking for frames. The sales staff was very uncooperative when I mentioned that I wanted to shop around for glasses instead and then they wouldnt even let me write down the glasses that I liked because that would be undermining their work. Meaning the whole 5 minutes the sales lady spent with me. I was very upset with this philosophy of "if your not going to buy from us, we canNOT help you". This is America. People smartly shop around and its better business to help customers out if you cant help them with price or selection yourself. I wont ever go back for frames. Exam was great though. Happy shopping!

Everybody there is VERY NICE and friendly. They are also very patient and informative. They make sure to let me know what forms, if any, they need every time I come in. They also make sure to send cards in the mail, and call, to nicely remind us (my whole family goes there) of any appointments we have coming up. Ive been going there since I got my first ever pair of glasses at age 6, and I still go there, even now when Im an adult! They also have such a wide variety or bright, vibrant, beautifully colored frames to choose from, that can so easily be afforded! The opticians are also especially kind, aside from being able to give me recommendations upon request. Overall, 200% satisfied!

This place is wonderful, all the way from the front staff to the back. Brooke is great. Patient and very kind. Dr. Myers is amazing. Very knowledgeable and informative. I feel like he truly cared about me as a patient. All my questions, comments, and concerns were addressed. I highly recommend Council Opticians.

I am always greeted by friendly faces. Im always in and out quickly and appts are easy to schedule and are never too far away. Dr. Bui is amazing and always so friendly. Need glasses? The ladies always know what frames will look best on you. I highly recommend Council Eye Care to everyone!
