Im quite new to eye exams and wearing eye glasses, so I came here for my first official eye exam. I was promptly greeted when I came in and the front desk staff were attentive as well as very friendly. Dr. Ngo is very professional and makes sure you feel comfortable during exams. She was also very informative and answered all my questions with detail. After the exam, I was free to look around and choose a pair of glasses. The staff made it clear that I could take my time and they gave me their honest feedback of what looked good and what didnt so I really appreciated that. Im pretty excited to pick up my glasses when they come in! Thank you everyone!

Ive been going there for as long as I remember needing corrective lenses (several years). Dr. Cochran is very gentle, kind, welcoming, and very experienced/educated in his field. The office staff are nice and can be prompt when busy. The staff is patient and tries to help find the best fit for your budget/insurance when youre choosing frames. The office isnt always busy, but its small, so it sometimes gets slightly backed up when patients start coming in. But if youre a creature of habit, I recommend this place. Its worth the annual visit, especially since Dr. Cochran remembers his patients.

I was initially told that my new glasses would arrive within 7-10 days. At 11 days, no response so, I called them to check the status. The receptionist told me "oh, we tell customers usually 14 days". After 14 days passed, I called back to see what happened. Apparently their lab had made a mistake and the receptionist told me theyd be in that Friday or at the latest by next Tuesday (Monday was July 4th). I called today, July 5th and they still were not in. I was told theyd be in tomorrow. Very unhappy with being lied to over and over.

Overall the experience was quick and professional when it came to the exam and business. Only comment would be that the staff and doctor were frustrated with a patient who did not have insurance and was questioning their judgment on the diagnosis of his eyes. Clearly he had financial issues and was trying to save money the best he could, their conversation would have been better served behind closed doors than in plain view of other patients/customers.

I personally like the place. The people are always nice and helpful. Dr. Chochran may be quiet but he knows what he is doing. My whole family has been going here for years with no issues. Other members of my family have very bad eyesight (verge of blind without glasses/contacts on and astigmatism) and they are good with that. I have no idea where the bad reviews came from. I have been to other places but they are great here.

Dr. Cochran is wonderful, patient, and explains things thoroughly. I HAD been with him for over 20 years - followed him from 2 places in Tysons Corner to his final office in Franklin Farm. HOWEVER, I left - because he has the most rude staff I have ever met. They forget that the money that office gets from me is paying their salaries. I was tired of getting barked at and will not return. Sorry Dr. Cochran.

The staff here have gone above and beyond what I would expect to be normal service. My daughter was in a car accident and was in the hospital for about 3 months. She needed glasses and the staff bent over backwards to help me get her some glasses even though she could not come into the office. My whole family comes to this office and we always have a great experience.

The Doctors and staff are courteous however it appears that they double book appointments and the wait time for minor services and followup is incredibly long. You will never get an appointment completed within a lunch hour- at least book two hours to be there plus any travel time. They may need additional staff to maintain expected SLAs.

Rude front desk, tried up-selling me to buy contacts AND glasses after telling them multiple times I only wanted contacts, and to top it off the doctor wrote down the wrong prescription and I ended up with the wrong contacts. I now need to go to another Doctor out of pocket to order correct lenses.

My son bought contacts from the center for a couple years, and we needed more contacts. I was told eye exam had to be done and we did. I was charged $107 excluding contacts charge and after my insurance. I dont think the charge is reasonable.

Very unreasonable prices. My kids have insurance should cover all the expenses and with that they forced me to pay extra $140 . Plus it takes for ever to get your glasses. I will never ever deal with thin again.

Doctor is decent but the staff selling the glasses is quite rude. They dont seem to want to work. Seem like a bunch of high school kids who need motivation.
