Great optometrist, unskilled staff. Examples of them dropping the ball: ordering the wrong prescription, labeling contacts with the wrong eye, lying to me about a rebate when the contacts I was buying were not in fact eligible, forgetting to give me paperwork, and in general being unable to answer very simple questions about the lens brand, prescription, or my VSP insurance plan. And this is all in the process of trying to get a single prescription filled. If you get glasses or contacts here, be prepared to do your own homework, double check everything they do, and make multiple inconvenient trips downtown during business hours.

This is the best eye place I have EVER been to. I called them when they opened, asked if the take my inurance and the did not. They said that didnt matter because they would give me a discount of 20 percent off. They got me in that day and my insurance gave me money back anyway. Awesome selection too!
