This Dentist is so horrible, he had to change his name to even work again. Unfortunately my family had to find out the hard way.He robs the poor people of Coatesville PA by making fraudulent insurance claims and than administering awful dental work. After seeing my mouth, the dentist we visited to FIX his work was in disbelief that he is even practicing. He will also bill your credit cards (he stole $1000 from us). He utilizes his authority to write scripts for pain killers as a tool to stay in business.He is infamous for being sexually inappropriate and suggestive. There are several people (including myself) coming together to file grievances against this monster. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

First receptionist needed a smoke break. Then, before being taken back for xrays dental assistant needed a smoke break. But they were both friendly. Dentist never actually looked in my mouth just looked at xrays. When appointment was made they informed me I would be able to get a filling and cleaning that day. Received neither. Than was told I needed a root canal that is not covered by my insurance; would need to pay $500.00. Call insurance they state that I am covered for must dental procedures. Seemed like they were trying to get over on me being a previous dentist stated I only needed a filling after x-ray and visual observation. I do not trust office to perform anything on me. I do not recommend.

The dentist at this facility was so unprofessional ! At the time i was 38 weeks pregnant, and i went with my boyfriend who was having the procedure done. The dentist was asian decent.. And he straight up asked me and my boyfriend why i was so big and he was so small ! I was very OBVIOUSLY pregnant ! Incredible. Rudest person ive ever met. He also told my boyfriend his procedure would be $500, then next thing we know hes saying its going to be another $500 ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE. The building is digusting itself and the rest of the staff is no better. Dirty. Could see people getting infections from this place. Needs to be SHUT DOWN !

So as I walk into the dentist office , First unprofessional sigh was the dentist him self cursing at one of his customers who brought her daughter back after 3 days of pain. I still give the office the benefit of the doubt and went on to chair, the dental assistant who took my extray was outside while I was sitting there and stink of cigarettes and she seems to be on some sort of drugs. The place was nasty and have a smell. I left.

I visited this Dental Office with a native of Coatsville.....This Dentist was SCREAMING all over the office "You owe me money......You come back"....The client came to have a filling replaced and he refused! I never experienced such unprofessionalism right out in the open for other patients to hear.......Just awful Dr. Chen.....Shame on you!!!!!
