I went to the dentist like 2 months ago for a cleaning. Took 2 months to have an open appointment for me. Only 1 doctor. He is nice, but convinced me to give up my real tooth for a fake one. After my first appointment the plastic teeth fell out 2 minutes after leaving. I got home and lightly bit into bread and I chipped half of 1 of the 2 teeth and swallowed it. Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks to get another appointment. My porcelain teeth better look better and not break or fall out or have me in the pain I am now. On top of that the guy at the desk tried charging me $497.00 rather than the $250.00 my contract stated that I signed. Best dental service ever! Not.

My dentist barely spoke English. He said nothing to me both times I had to be there. He did a POOR job on a crown I had to get.The temporary fell off while he was on vacation. The other dentist (I will NOT use the word DOCTOR to describe either of them) did not want to do anything to help me. He didnt do the crown, so he didnt want to fix it because he wouldnt get paid for it. The second and last time I was there, the dentist slapped another filling on top of an existing filling on my molar. Doing so caused the tooth to crack. DESTROYING it. This place is unreal. I honestly dont know where these guys get certified, I wouldnt take my dog there.

Dr. merin is great but management is lacking professionalism and often gives attitude to patients if they have a concern. front end is usually helpful and nice, but if they dont have an answer they need to get Maribel the manager lady and everything goes downhill from there. Sometimes you can catch her on a good day but usually its a horrible experience with her. Ive come to believe that her professionalism and cheerfulness relies solely on the fact of whether or not she has gotten laid the night before. If your insurance is allowed elsewhere, by all means save yourself and run for the hills!

Brought niece here Sat 2 hours until called back. 1/2 hour on steps. Counted 25 seats in small waiting area... Over 30 standing and sitting on steps. This is Pathetic treating people like Cattle....surely not handicap accessible....its terrible people that cant afford prime Insurance are subjected to low class treatment and over booking just to make a buck from the government!

Had an amazing experience at my visit. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I liked that the wait was not long, like other offices I have visited. The dental ass. were very friendly and kind. I felt like the Dr. answered all my questions and concerns.... Overall a great experience, and would recommend to anyone.

They called me I was confirming my appointment date I said yes I want to keep that appointment so that day for my appointment I went they havent even opened up I waited for three hours it was raining really hard I had to pay a taxi $15 to get there in $15 to get back they never opened that I got completely sick

The staff here is very unprofessional the front desk girls are painting their nails, on their phones, and talking up a storm to eachother! When you walk in to check in it may take them up 5 min to see your there. They have no business etiquette whatsoever!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Ive been here for for appointments. Ive had to wait for at least thirty minutes each time. Im actually writing this review as I wait, because Im do feed up with this. It doesnt matter if you sore up 30 minutes early, just expect to be waiting for a long time.

The dentist and staff are super friendly and I had a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend this office to all my friends and family in the Reading area. The woman at the front, Maribel was especially kind and took care of all my specific needs.

I take my Daughters to this Dental Office for all their dental care needs. We always get seen in a timely manner. We have no complains what so ever. My girls like their Dentist. The front staff are always so friendly helpful and happy. Highly recommend!!
