I have never seen a more unprofessional practice in my life. Walking in the door, it immediately seems like a low rent, inner city welfare type clinic. The staff is slow and unhelpful. Their skillset and tools are prehistoric. They actually printed low resolution thumbnails of xrays to give to my new dentist because they did not know how to properly use their systems and tried to place the blame on others. They made my wife wait for almost 2 hrs for her appt and then rushed through and were nasty to her and my son the whole time. They told my wife my 15yr old son had 4 cavities and needed 2 root canals . . . . even though he has no record of issues with his teeth. This was a major turn off. We went to another more reputable dentist and they laughed at the diagnosis and said his teeth were fine other than a single small cavity that was just starting and they filled. I highly suggest to stay away from this place

After waiting 45 minutes after my appointment I was finally seen but because I could not afford the $900 to fix my one tooth I asked to have it pulled the doctor refused even though the tooth was causing discomfort and she refused do to anything for me unless I did the $900 correction of ONE tooth a complete money hungry practice they should be trying to help the patient not try to bankrupt them the cheaper way wouldve been the extraction which was refused. Unless you have a ton of money to waste I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone they make you feel as though you have no choice but the expensive treatment and refuses to give alternative.
