Wish I wouldve read reviews before deciding to become a patient here. I approach the front desk and dont get helped (or even acknowledged) for several minutes even though there were about 5 employees there doing nothing productive. One even looked pass me to continue a conversation that was unrelated to work. Finally someone speaks to me and when I ask to check in Im given a clipboard that I couldve been signed had it been in reach for patients to sign instead of behind the counter. 15 mins after my daughters scheduled appointment time her name is called...but its not to get her teeth cleaned, nope, its to fill out paperwork that I felt as though shouldve been given to me when I checked in. When I proceed to question their inefficient methods the front desk didnt see anything wrong with making people wait. An employee even said "its only 15 minutes pass your appt time". If I had been late my appointment might have been canceled and I mightve been charged a fee, even if it "was only 15 minutes pass my appt time". I decided to help them catch up that day and cancel both my daughters and my appointment. Im glad I did because based on other reviews I couldve been waiting for hours. Wont be back and I recommend you avoid this unprofessional and unpunctual office if possible. I think they still have patients because some people just dont have many options due to insurance or just dont know that better customer service exists...it does, I promise you.

Awful experience! My wisdom teeth were giving me pain so I went to Dental Dreams to see what the problem was. The desk receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. The waiting room was loud due to the fact that the jungle gym for children was attached to the waiting area. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was called into the back where they took my x-ray. I had several cavities, and the doctor decided to not pull them but instead fill them in. Before she began, I wasnt given any protective eyewear and I was asked to just close my eyes. I experienced unusual pain while she cleaned my teeth. After she cleaned my teeth, she decided to begin filling my cavities. The numbing medication was ineffective and the process was intolerable! After leaving, I had experienced more pain than before my cavities were filled. In order to stop the pain, I was taking 3-4 advils everyday for the first week. Because of my terrible experience at Dental Dreams, I decided to visit another dentistry. The dentist started to laugh once he saw my x-rays because my fillings from Dental Dreams were drilled so deep that the filling was touching my nerve, which explains why I was having so much pain. Now I must have all of my wisdom teeth removed. I dont recommend going here!

Walked in, said I was here for teeth cleaning. Some girl threw a clip board on counter(sign in sheet), I sat down. Get called up, Girl at counter says your total for day is $ 85(not a word more). Remind you I am there to have my teeth cleaned. Go back to chair, wait some assistance come in and starts taking xrays, then doctor comes in, checks over my xrays and my mouth and says to me, "You really should have a cleaning, let me get the price for you. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH... Now they want $ 126 for a cleaning. DONT GET SCAMMED HERE!!! The supervisor Omira is horrible to deal with, she basically said sorry you didnt catch it... maybe you should ask more questions. WOW so this facility will not make you aware till they got you on the hook.

Where to begin...This is the worst experience Ive had in a very long time. I get put on hold for 5 - 10 minutes just to schedule an appointment; When I show up for said appointment, they make you wait for over an hour and a half (this has happened every single time I have an appointment, so far 4 times. When I asked the receptionist why its taking so long (being that I had a scheduled appointment and arrived 15 minutes early), she tells me that theres not much she can do as shes the only one penciling in people to see the dentist. Some of the workers are in a permanent bad mood...I can go on and on (patients kids running around being super loud). Bottom line, avoid this place like the plague.

Nurses and dentist were extremely unprofessional. They were gossiping about other nurses while they were cleaning my teeth. I told The dentist I had cavities, I had a clear hole in one of my teeth, I pointed it out to her and she had no idea what I was talking about. Then she told me I needed a certain procedure done on my tooth and wouldnt explain to me what it was. She said "Just Google it" and walked out. My insurance would have covered the procedure but I am so offended by the way I was treated Id rather go somewhere else even if it means I have to pay out of pocket. I do NOT recommend going there.

I called in today to make an appointment and the receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. She didnt state who she was or the company name. I wasnt sure if I was calling the right place or not. Do they just hire anybody. If your going into a career that you constantly dealing with people you need to be professional. Come on Dental Dreams get it together if not your going to lose a lot of patients.

This place is absolutely terrible. There receptionists are rude, one of them came in smelling like straight weed. I do not want my daughter in the care of these people. Our appointment was for 11:30 they seen her at 12:30 when they close at 1:00. This is the most ghetto dental place I have ever been too. I highly do not recommend anyone to bring they children here.

Worst place ever. Sit and waiy forvever to be checked in. Signed into front desk at 420 and have yet to be called up to check in and get my 20 minutes of paperwork. 5 girls behind desk only 1 checking in. When u have 20 patients scheduled you should adequate staff to serve them all. Not make them.sit with there many kids.

Worse service in the world. The girls at the front desk are very disrespectful and they talk to the patients as if they are animals. They need to go back to school and learn how to treat people better. Please take my advice do not go to that place. Terrible service and hours and hours of waiting to see a dentist.

Two words: students practicing. If you want to be a test subject by all means go there. The providers dont know what theyre doing. Either theyll F your mouth up or refer you someplace else for something as simple as a cleaning. I dont really understand their purpose.
