I would give this zero stars if I could. Very dismissive and rude. Showed no concern for my very serious vision problems, and spent less than three minutes with me. Looked in my eyes quickly and said he saw nothing wrong and to go get eye drops. Very arrogant and smug. Office staff was also rude - woman who checked my vision blew off the fact that, while I could read some of the chart, I was badly straining to do so and even said so. It turns out ten months later, and spending thousands of dollars trying to treat this, I found an actual doctor with actual knowledge who diagnosed me with meibomian gland dysfunction. I have permanent damage to the glands in my eyes that could have been prevented with proper diagnosis and treatment. Thanks, Pankratz.

Wonderful! Dr. P is personable, knowledgable, and explains everything very clearly. The rest of the staff are great--they really take care of you and seem to have a great time doing it. They are as thorough and knowledgeable as the professors at the IU Eye Clinic, but without the wait and inevitable missteps of a teaching clinic. They are real pros!

Dr. Pankratz is a fantastic vision physician that provides medical & surgical eye care. He and his office staff are helpful, compassionate, and skilled. Their facility is very clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. I recommend his office for anything from a simple yearly eye exam to a laser vision correction procedure.
