Terrible communication between staff and lens maker. Stressed to them urgency of needing my glasses and was told they would be in. ...in a 3 - 4 days. Waited and 1 pair (sunglasses)came in. Problem here is I am an over the road truck driver and had to go back out. Sunglasses are of no use at night. Went back and forth with them and was told it would be another week. I told them i had to go back to work and could not wait another week. Well guess what...after I left they came in the very next day. SMH...Really!!! When I ordered them I told them I couldnt wait to get the anti reflective coating as that would have delayed them even longer. Their reasoning was we tell people it will take longer than a week to come in. Thats not what they told me...I even told them I had to leave in a few days. Since I had already left town I told them to go ahead and add the anti reflective coating and I would pick them up when back in town. They did this at no charge which was good. But when i picked them up and had them a few days the frame started splitting around one of the lenses and the lens does not fit flush with the frame. Took them back in today to show them and got attitude right off the bat. Said they didnt see it. SMH...took my finger and showed them the problem. Lady still acted like she couldnt see it and then tried to tighten them and scraped the color off the frame telling me i had done that and if they reordered them I would have to pay for them. She then said well maybe I did that when tightening them. REALLY!!! your frames are defective and you scratch them and you tell me I will have to pay to correct your mess up. Wow..now I have to go out of town again and thats your solution. Dont go here. They will tell you anything to sell you and will not honor their deffective merch. I paid a lot of money for crappy merchandise and terrible customer service.

My wife received an eye exam and ordered new glasses from this company. Everything seemed okay and she was instructed to come back in a couple days to pick up her new glasses. On trip #1, three days later she was told they were not ready at this time. Not a big deal. On trip #2, her glasses had arrived, well sort of they were the wrong glasses. A week later we were called and told that her glasses were ready again. Trip #3, we get there and the lady working couldnt find them and asked us to come back in fifteen minutes. We arrive twenty minutes later and the boy working couldnt find them either. My wife was then asked if she was sure about her last name, because not only did they not have them but they are now not on order and we were told that nobody called us. Why do I have someone recorded on my phone telling me that her glasses are ready to be picked up then???? Not one person in this store cared about the situation until I asked to receive money back that was previously paid for these glasses, just so happens that the money paid for these glasses has now become half the amount paid for gas to make these trips to their store. So finally, Jenny decided to try and figure out what is wrong. My wife was very impressed with her professionalism. Turns out they were at the wrong store. The rest of the staff didnt care or respond in a positive aspect at any time. The young lady with the name tag "Missy" said, that "she was not her patient and was not keeping track of her." I would not recommend this company or any other in this chain of companys to a friend, acquaintance, or even someone I dont really care for as a joke.

I usually go to Dr.bizers vision world but I choose 20/20 because the other place was packed and this was an emergency. I broke my glasses in half one morning before work and not even gorilla glue would hold them together. So I am really blind and didnt have a spare pair at all. I called in to work and my grandfather took me over their. They gave me an eye exam and even tried to fix my broken glasses and nothing would work. They then tried to pop my lenses out and out them in another set of frames well....Im blind so none of the frames they had in store would hold my lenses. So while I picked out frames they gave me EMERGENCY CONTACTS WITH NO FITTING FEE...A girl named Tammy Mudd was the one who took care if me. Although I have to wait two weeks for my glasses to get here, I am not walking around in this world blind thanks to Tammy. I had to give her a hug. This was the beat expierwnce ever. Had I gone to vision world they would have sent me away and charged me every penny...also Tammy gave me a free coupon..225$ for exam contacts frames and lenses???? Ummm yes please

Last year when I went to them they forgot to place the order for my glasses. I was told it would take about 10 days to get them in since I had a special coating on my glasses. I waited about 15 days and called them since no one called me. I was told that they werent in and it was 10 business days not 10 regular days. I instructed the young lady on the phone that it was more than 10 business day even including the federal holiday that was in there. I come to find out that they forgot to submit the order. They put a "rush" on the order but it was still a week and a half before I got them. This year I ordered sunglasses and regular glasses (with the special coating!) on a Thursday. I was told that the sunglasses would be in on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and they arent there. Im wondering if they remembered to place the order this year.

They were nothing but friendly and helpful at the exam. The exam was thorough and they didnt pressure me on anything. However now that Ive actually called to order the glasses they want to charge me about $20 more than their written estimate. The girl that wrote the estmate for me wont be in until two days from now. The lady on the phone gave me the impression that she really doesnt care what the first woman wrote down. Unfortunately if I dont order them soon because I was told that they take 10-14 days to make then I guess I wont get them in time for a long driving trip. $20 doesnt seem like a lot, but I hate the feeling of being deceived. UPDATE. I adjusted my review back to a 4 star because I was able to speak with the original sales last and she said that the original price was correct. Make sure you do your due diligence and follow up.

I agree with real grl! The women that work there are grudgingly doing you a service and drawing a check. I had to wait for the for the heavy set blond girl to finish chewing out a manager at McDonalds for getting her order wrong before she would even look at me. I have never been in a medical office where I felt so belittled. Managment needs to clean house. They truely looked down on me. I must say that I I did like the dr. he was very nice. The people at the desk where you get your final fitting are very good too. Its just those rude girls that (help) you that are so terrable.
