My son and I have been patients here for years. The staff are amazing and are always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of frames for us. My son, who is now 9, has worn glasses for 5 years. He broke a pair of frames just days after he got them (walked straight into a glass hotel window thought it was the door:) the staff was ever so helpful in fixing his frames. Would highly recommend Hamilton Eye Care center. They are awesome with my son and its a plus that he and I can go to the same eye doctor!! :)

I was told 7 to 10 days its been almost 3 weeks . This is the 2nd time I have used there services because no one else takes our insurance. I called today to check the status of my glasses. I explained how long it been all I got was rudeness and a pour excuse for why they were not ready. Im sorry but when you spend over 600 bucks for glasses 2 pair, A little bit more costumer appreciation goes a long way. I will not go back I dont care if they take my insurance or not.
