I first went to this clinic and saw Kenna, the PA. She was so caring, friendly, and understanding. I have since transferred my records from a Dr. of 22 years. I have seen 2 other physicians in this clinic and am very impressed with them as well as their entire staff. The doctors take their time to talk with you and understand you symptoms. They are thorough and explain what their diagnosis is, meds they may recommend, and answer any questions you have. The nurses love their job from the looks of it. They review you complete health history, get a thorough understanding of why youre there, and pass the information along to the doctor. They always answer their phone friendly and promptly. Check in is efficient as well. The front desk staff can make or break a business as theyre the first contact you have with that office. These gals are top notch! I would highly recommend this clinic to friends and family!

We have been patients with the Norwalk Clinic for 19 years. Unfortunately since UnityPoint has taken over, I have had increasing difficulty in reaching out to my physicians, especially after hours. I would also like the staff to show emotional intelligence especially when someone is sick. The lobby speaks to the overall tone of the clinic with all of the "do not" signs, including one that states that lost articles will be thrown out after x number of days. They seem to be more interested in their rules than in providing a caring and comfortable environment and deftly handling misunderstandings and conflict. After leaving the clinic it was a breath of fresh air to be audibly and visually welcomed into our new clinic.

Always professional, efficient and friendly. Ive been going to the clinic since I arrived in Norwalk. Have never been disappointed. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate my needs and answer any questions I might have. My physician is Dr. Chase, who I have always been pleased with his professional knowledge and demeanor. He always takes time to listen to me before rushing to any treatment options.i highly recommend thst anyone choose Unity Point for their personal or family physicians.

I unexpectedly needed an appointment and my experience in their clinic was excellent. The staff is so very friendly and competent - especially Christina who spent as much time as I needed answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend!
