DR. Pitts is a joke. She does not geniunely care about her patients. You have to wait at least 3 months before she can see you as a new patient. There are no if and or butts about it. She has no compassion towards individual concerns. She does not respond to issues in a timely manner. She is not willing to go "that extra mile" to ensure your comfort or help you if any emergencies arive. I will NEVER refer anyone to her !! Please read this review prior to deciding to pick her as your primary doctor. I would not bring my dog to her for an aspirin !!

Dr Pitts is a fantastic physician. I have been a patient of hers for several years and she has always been more like family than an impartial doctor. To the author of the review 4 yrs ago with a poor rating, consider that you may not be the ideal patient and simply wouldnt have been satisfied with any doctor at that point. I would highly recommend Dr Pitts!! She is very personable and actually listens to you. My friend referred me to her and Im glad he did. Also her staff is very polite and personable as well. If you are looking for a family doctor, Dr Pitts is the one to go to!!!
