Very misleading "& Urgent Care" Went in to get my throat looked at. As I was promptly examined by a doctor, he didnt take any swabs or cultures. Simply told me to go across the street to Walgreens and buy some Ibuprofen. 7 months later I got a bill for $197 because they only bill as a primary care and not urgent care so my insurance company denied the coverage. If I would have known this going in, I would have gone elsewhere. I contacted them directly to try to resolve the issue. They are currently "reviewing" my 2 minute, $197 bill visit. Will keep you posted on the resolution.

While our regular doctor, Dr Runkle, works out of Ridgeviews Shoreview clinic, we have been to the urgent care in Delano several times(we live here). My kiddos have been there for multiple things: throat cultures, rash, fever, pneumonia, and stitches. I always call ahead to find out the wait time but it has never been over 15 minutes which for urgent care is awesome. The staff was always great. They are compassionate and patient with my crabby and hurting little ones which puts them at ease. Fantastic care.

They told me they problem was anxiety related. I told them i dont want an antidepressant (ssri) because of personal reasons and they said they were prescribing me a non ssri anti anxiety med. When i got to the pharmacy, however, i found out that they had prescribed an ssri that had no anti anxiety use. This clinic does not listen to patience at all. I would recommend a voodoo doctor on lsd before recommending this place.

Brought my daughter in with a sore throat and an ear ache. Waited for over an hour and a half and had multiple people that came in after us go in before us, after being seen by the nurse assistant we waited for another 30-45 mins just for the doctor. On top of that they dont seem like they know what they are even doing, especially those receptionists and their attitudes.

My girlfriend went in with a horrible cough. The doctor basically told her she was fine. I have the same sickness I went to my doctor I was diagnosed with bronchitis and given the correct medication. I will never return to this clinic and I recommend you go elsewhere.

Crooks, never again will I step foot in a ridgeview institution. Do yourself a favor and head east to a better, more knowledgeable operation. I say crooks, not because they over charge. Theyre crooks for charging even the smallest fee, for their lack of knowledge.

My son cut his head open on a Saturday evening just before closing time. They didnt make me feel rushed to get him out and did a very good job of stitching him up. Well done.
