Obviously, it is the WORST experience that I ever had. I came here to treat my acne, waited in a room for a while to see Dr. Boyne, but when she came in, she didnt even try to look at my face, sat down and wrote her thing for maybe 2 minutes. She did not even try ask questions like what happened to my face, or what is my skincare routine, or what ever that a dermatologist supposes to ask! I was so surprised by how POORLY she TREATED me. I thought, Hey, I came here so that I can get my acne treated, but the result was that she did not even try to help. Smh. she went on and said okay Im gonna describe you this AZELEX cream, without even a slightly stare at my face. She was rushing out to the door after finished describing the medication. The whole thing probably lasted for five minutes. if it wasnt of me that trying to keep her in the room, she didnt even care! Because guess what, I waited for the appointment for at least 2 month and spent a lot of money here, and a quick conversation like that, I cant just her go. It got me so angry, so I talked to the assistant that I want to see the doctor again. The doctor came back but only talked to me from the door, while I sat at my old seat, and said what else do you need. I mean, really is that how a doctor supposed to treat their patients? I was so angry, left the appointment and NEVER RETURN. I was so grateful for leaving this dr. because my CURRENT dermatologist, who is across from her office, is way better. And of course she does everything that a real dermatologist suppose to do. Dont know if Dr. Boyne just didnt like my race, or something else. But, I dont recommend her.

Office Staff and Nurse Practitioner were all very nice; but the doctor and Nurse Practitioner didnt seem to have a lot of Medical Knowledge on my reason for making an appointment. Doctor would not exert the extra effort to write a letter to my insurance company to explain why I needed a certain script. Face cream I purchased from them was overpriced and under efficient. Paid $65 and later purchased one from Neutrogena for $20 that was 100% more effective.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boynes for many years. I love her and her staff. I have had 3 kinds of skin cancer and she has been attentive and wonderful. Her personality doesnt always reflect her attention and care; but she will take excellent care of you. After you get to know her, you wouldnt trade her for anyone!

I waited FOREVER... nice office staff, but Dr. really did not seem to care about my skim issues. I have never been back - Also, I have a friend who had the same experience. We go to Derms on Riverside Ave now - LOVE them!!!!! Very Very Good!!!!
