The office was clean, but I was not impressed by the care I was given at Dermatology Associates of FCM. The woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly, unfortunately I did not feel the same warmth with Michelle. I came in with a rash and wanting to find out what was going on. I started to explain to Michelle what was going on, and instead of listening and letting me finish she went about looking at areas of my skin that were not of a concern to me. She knew right away what I was experiencing, despite only spending 5 minutes with me. She then prescribed a cream and some over the counter medicine for an allergic reaction I am having to SOMETHING - no idea what... . I have never been allergic to anything in my life, and it is very scary to think that I could possibly develop a deadly reaction, and instead of trying to figure out what Im allergic to I was told to mask the symptoms with cream and medication. Why in the world would you give me a PA who "specializes in general dermatology with an avid interest in cosmetics which include Botox, Dysport, Juvederm and Restylane"??? I wasnt there to get lip injectors, I was there to get a rash looked at, and I had two other things I wanted to bring to her attention, but since I was rushed in and out of the office I wasnt given that opportunity. I will not be returning.
