This is the worst doctor ever(Dr. Gutierrez). I went there because I had some concerns with my acne. The staff was very nice, but as soon as I got in the room, one nurse asked what were my concerns. I started to explain, then the doctor came in, and asked me the same question, so I stopped and said "like I was telling her" immediately interrupts me saying "Im the doctor not her". He was training somebody else, he was in a rush because he had an appointment at 1 oclock at the other office in Orlando. So he quickly said "yes, you have acne you have to take antibiotics, and stop using the products that youre using right now for your face". So, I tried to explain to him that I wear make up every day and that I needed a make up remover, so I try to ask him which make up remover was OK for me to use, and very rude he said "are you going to let me talk?" I felt so comfortable; I didnt want to ask more questions, so the lady felt bad and she recommended something after he left. what is worse is that I went to the CVS to get the things that he recommended, and the lady from the CVS said she was going to write him a message because one of the things were too expensive and she wanted to ask for a genetic, and also the ointment for my face didnt showed up in their system. Two months past they never replied to CVS the lady called me two weeks after explaining that she had tried to get in touch with him but they never responded. So I went to CVS and she showed me how many emails she had send and nothing happened. (She even told me that I should go to a different doctor)I called many many times to the office and the ladies were sympathetic. However, I never heard from them, but off course I got my bill. DO NOT GO HERE he is just about the money!!!!!!!

Im very dessapointed about this place, i whent there because i have a dark spots in my face and i wanted to start a treament or anything necesary to do to remove it . becasuse im frustrated, and i also was looking for a good product recommendation good for my dry sensitive skin, i whent there and firstable the one who see me it was not the Doctor they said he only goes once a month . they dont care about you they just care about your money, i pay $130 for 10 min that i was there. I was trying to explaing my concern, but i dint see any interest to help me or to care she told me you have melasma, I allredy knew that, i was reading in internet. She just said drink water and use sun protector and send me to the farmacy. i was expecting okay what kind of a sunblock i ask about its lancone good and she ask like she didnt even know what was that , so tell me something helpfull them or at leats tell me what can do to remove . dont go to this place they dont deserve people money . They make you pay before you talk with the" certifyed" nurse that its not professional at all .

This is the absolute worst office in THE WHOLE WORLD!!!! Im so disgusted by how I was treated. No one cares about the patients. I drove 2 hours, they had to reschedule my appointment and then for my second appointment as Im on the interstate they called and cancelled my appointment for SURGERY again. Yes twice. That 8 hours of drive time wasted. They dont care, the surgeon had an "emergency pimple surgery" I guess. So glad cancer isnt their priority. Do not go to this office or any of their other branches. Im calling all clinics in the Orlando area to not use this practice as a referral. I love taking off work twice for this surgery and being pushed aside like I do not matter. And on top of that, they will not send my surgical referral to another surgeon since "theirs" is always "out on an emergency surgery. "

This dermatologist office is terrible. Unorganized, non empathetic, and rude. Only nice person is the lady at the front desk. I feel like everyone is judging you at this office, and that is not what i want to feel when i go in for embarrassing skin already. DO NOT GO! It is also impossible to find the office, they never get back to you, and the billing department is horrendous. AVOID!!! There are plenty other dermatologist out there, and i would highly recommend NOT going to this office. Dont waste your time or theirs for that matter. Hope i can save someone the time and money that will be wasted by making an appointment with this pathetic excuse for a dermatologist establishment.

Showed up for appointment....they told me that I was supposed to be at the Gore street Dr and the receptionist made a mistake and told me wrong place. I was supposed to be at the Haines one....which was 45 mins. away. Drove 35 mins to this appt an never got to see the dr. I took a half day off for nothing!

Lauren, the PA at this office, is exceptional! She explained exactly what she needed to do and why. She showed genuine concern for my problem areas and gave effective solutions. I highly recommend Mid Florida Dermatology because of the visits I have had with Lauren.

Fantastic. I had mistakenly thought i had an appointment with them, but when I arrived they were very accommodating and got me in right away. Dr. Lauren was efficient, friendly and professional, as were the staff in the reception area. Great experience

I have found The PAs to be very attentive & helpful. The office staff, a little less so. Sometimes we wait a long time and sometimes we get right in. I have no big negatives about this clinic or the doctors.
