I made an appointment 3 months ago. I just received a call telling me to 2 days prior to my appointment that my doctor no longer works there, and the new doctor already has a another Person scheduled on my appointment time. They requested me to rescheduled for another day. I work and I schedule appointments for a reason. I cant just take any time off because the office forgot to inform me in a timely manner. It is not the customers fault there is not enough doctors to fulfill the already scheduled appointments. The office management should have contacted all the customers and let them know as soon as that doctor left. This is poor management and horrible customer service. This office should have at least had another doctor in the office to fulfill the appointments that were already scheduled/inplace. I have been going to this office for over a year now and this is how I am treated. I do not recommend anyone to go to this office.

Two trips $100...Medication and a procedure...Still an incorrect diagnosis and yet extra payment of $94 bucks couldnt just removed. Perhaps its my fault for agreeing to see nurse practitioner. I will never return and have reported my experience to Cigna and insurance commissioner. The positives are that the wait time was minimal and staff very nice.

Given the ratings before, this office may do an ok job with skin cancer or moles, but when it comes to general skin conditions (acne, dermatitis, eczema etc)... These people do not care about your skin or your satisfaction with their services or products!
