I agree with the other reviews, they place you on hold for a very, very long time and there is no hold music, so you have no idea if its even working- you just sit there with dead air. Im constantly calling back thinking no one is coming. The office isnt that nice, and the PA (though very nice), had no idea about the procedure I was there to have done (referred by another doctor). Once they figured out what I needed done (they had to go ask the doctor next door) , there was no explanation of what to expect. I had to keep asking question after question, including after care (I had to have stitches that will be taken out in 2 weeks). I even had to ask if theres anything I should know, they said not really. I asked if its ok to get them wet, she said no. Well that is something I should have been told, right? After signing medical releases, they still didnt send anything to my PCP. I had to call back, wait on hold, get hung up on, call again, wait forever, and request that they send it. Again. I wont be going back after I get the stitches out. No one was rude or anything, they just all seemed like they didnt know what theyre doing, and it seems to be a poorly run office all around.

I am a patient from 2015, I am going to a cancer doctor and had that office request my records from this office. Frist thing, you can not reach anyone directly from these offices. you get a person from a 1-800 number who do not care, nor know what is going on. Second, they sent in a STAT request because I was in the office, and there turn around on a STAT request is 3-4 weeks? Are you kidding me? I could be dead by that point but do they care no. Medical records at my cancer doctor spoke to an office manger, who was extremely rude and snippy with her (I listened to the conversation at this point because I didnt believe what she was telling me they were saying) and she stated the same thing that a STAT request would take them 3-4 weeks. WEEKS. This office does NOT care about their patients, this is just one of the many problems I have had with this office. They couldnt figure out what dx I had and so treated me with 5 different medications that causes more problems then anything. WORST treatment I have ever received. NO fing stars to this place.

Good Afternoon, this is Dawn Wright-Johnson. I went to your Dematology office in Ocoee today. I saw Dr. Waterman and Crystal; they were so helpful and knowledgeable about my hair coming out. I have previously been going to your office on Sandlake Road for 4 years with no results. On my last appointment with Dr. Waterman, he ordered bloodwork and gave me a prescription to put on my hair at night. Within 5 weeks, my hair is coming back. Its like a miracle; I can see a difference already. Dr Waterman was more knowledgeable and caring about my situation than any other Dematology Ive seen at your other locations. If anyone has a problem thats not getting resolved, I would suggest you go see Dr Waterman. Sincerely, Dawn A. Wright-Johnson

Horrible experience. Would never recommend or ever go back to this place. Got cornered with waivers to sign about expenses that my insurance would or would not pay; and then they wouldnt let me call my insurance to find out if it was covered while I was in the office and of course, I still had to pay my co-pay and they wouldnt transfer it to another visit to where I could call and verify these procedures with my insurance and feel comfortable moving forward with them. Also, very much unprofessional customer service and no one seemed to know what was going on as far as insurance and I wouldnt even feel comfortable with there analysis at the point I was at. I feel like I just got shaken down for my co-pay. Please do not go there.

Went here to have a wart cut out of my hand. Everything went fine and I paid for my visit before I left. A week later I had a charge for a biopsy test on my account. When I called the office to see what the charge was they stated that the wart had been sent to a lab for testing. Apparently they send anything they cut off your body to be tested at a lab unless "you specifically tell the doctor not to". When I asked why I was never asked if I wanted the wart tested the woman simply replied that I should have seen it in the paperwork. I dont know why anyone would ever want a wart tested but apparently they feel it is necessary without even asking and then charge you $200 dollars.

The receptionist kept me on hold for so long that I ended up having to call her back. I have an appointment in February so Ill be commenting later on the quality of service this facility provides. I can say my first telephone interaction sucked. However, it is still too early to judge, more to follow!
