By far the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. I walked in with high hopes after never visiting a dermatologist before. When I arrived it was completely empty and I was helped quickly. I walked into the examination room and was greeted by an assistant. When I tell you the assistant looked at my face and told me she didnt know what it was, I am being 100% truthful. Another assistant in the room was on an ipad and they took pictures to show the actual doctor whenever she would come back from vacation. Well the assistant circled two items on a brochure for PruGen, some company that mails out a prescription, and told me to "try and see if it helps". Well I left, followed the instructions properly to get this prescription mailed to me. One of the assistants told me I would receive my prescription the following week. Didnt happen. I waited 2 weeks and finally called PruGen and spoke with one of the representatives and he looked up my order. His exact words to me: "Hmm, thats weird your order says processing, I dont know why it hasnt shipped" So he submitted a "ticket" to have it pushed through. Before ending our conversation I asked how long it normally takes to receive this in the mail and he told me it never takes longer than 2 - 3 days, Ive already waited 2 weeks. So I wait another week and still received nothing in the mail. So I call the office and leave them a voicemail, obviously frustrated that I have not received anything and told them if I didnt receive something by the middle of the following week I would cancel, not pay, and gladly take my business elsewhere. I took time out of my work schedule to see them and explained I do not and will not have my time wasted. The receptionist at the front office then sends me an email telling me PruGen has tried to contact me several times regarding the matter but I didnt answer in which I replied I just talked with a representative and he told me he didnt even know what the hold up was. She then decided to add a message saying that making hostile demands is no way to get what I want.... Are you serious? All I wanted was my prescription. Eventually she gave me an option to pick it up from a pharmacy, which was not even offered to me at the time of my appointment and I then got my prescription that same day. Long story short, if you decide to visit this place (which I strongly oppose doing) dont let them treat you like they did to me. They told me they didnt know what was wrong with me, handed me a brochure, and then sent me on my way. You would think with the affluent market in this area things would be handled differently. The assistants have absolutely no idea what theyre doing. Dont waste your money or time here because I promise you that youre more valuable than they will treat you.

100% The worst medical experience ever. Paper work is finished 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment but that doesnt help. After 30 minutes past appointment time, with no interaction from the front office staff - I ask the head secretary how much longer it will be. After she doesnt respond to my simple question because shes ordering lunch for herself from the local sandwich shop, which takes another two minutes of her staring at me with an expression one could only describe as infantile, she tells me itll be an additional 15-20 minutes. So, because they value their time over that of the customer, I told her to cancel my appointment and that Id never be back. Terrible customer service, they are quacks who just care about the money. Also, there were five people still ahead of me when I got in there who had not yet been seen. So that 15-20 minute additional wait is obviously a load of crap. If you value your time and doctor experience - go somewhere else!

I broke my nose earlier in the year and had some pretty significant bruising that hadnt gone away after 9 months. When I arrived I filled the paperwork out in about 10 minutes but had to wait 45 min to see the PA. The PA told me that it was a shadow and there was nothing she could do. She spent less than 5 minutes with me. Come to find out, it was residual bruising and another Dr was able to give me a solution that cleared it up in a few weeks. THEN I received a bill in the mail. They charged my insurance company $200! for a 5 minute appointment and I had to pay half. The truth is, the insurance company reimbursed the amount that would have been more than fair but this practice way overcharged. When I called the office manager, I was informed that the minimum fee was $200...and thats before they actually do anything! There are a lot better Dr in the area that dont make you see PAs that dont know what they are doing.

Great! The only demratologist/md in general in south east georgia that knew anything about my skin disorder. I have been to a dr where the pa has googled it right in front of me....horrific.. I pay for knowledge and care not a prescription writer...
