My letter to these morons. I just wanted to inform you its very unprofessional to.. let alone have the dermatologist come in to see you late. (That is what appointments are for. It wouldnt normally bother me, but to hear all the employees gossiping and carrying on in the hallway..come on, what is this place??) But to also bring in two interns uninvited. Im sorry but I feel I should have been given the proper etiquettes to have been informed in some way shape or form there was to be assigned a school session on me. In fact, I should have been asked permission! Not to mention it was very rude for the girls to step in unintroduced by the doctor or themselves. And to pay full price after all of that!! Im completely disgusted. She asked me if I wanted the mole that was bothering me to be removed. I said no. Why would I? I didnt want a class session to begin pricking and prodding on me unannounced. Seems how that is how things work around there. Im baffled.

I have been coming to this place for 3 years since I moved into the area. Despite some negative reviews, I can attest I have never had a bad experience with the doctors at this practice. I have seen Tom, Ann and Ellen here and they are all personable and knowledgeable practitioners. The front desk staff are usually nice in person, although I did find it difficult to obtain any information from them over the phone on several different occasions, including asking for prices, ingredients or general questions regarding practice. This also includes the time I had my insurance attempt to contact them and "could hear them laughing in the background and then hang up". Leaving voicemails or asking to return a phone call is useless as well, however I found that calling relentlessly until the question is answered works. On that note, my five star review is for the doctors here, the staff could definitely improve their customer service.

Stay away! This practice is a money mill that displays little professionalism or concern for its patients. I have been to this clinic and have never seen a licensed MD. The attending staff is comprised of PAs. That alone is not necessarily a bad thing. However, this group is the most inconsiderate and immature staff I have ever experienced. While I was being attended to by one, another one walked into the examination room and proceded to discuss their plans for the weekend. I felt like livestock, inconveniencing these rude and unprofessional boors. The same behavior persisted at the front desk. As if that wasnt enough of a turnoff, I received a bill for 700 dollars, even though I was assured that my insurance covered my procedure, less the 20 dollar co-pay. This was my personal experience, I speak for nobody but myself which I have every right to do. I wont be back.

I have been here 3 times now with an intense skin itch and rashes. I have left frustrated every single time. Each visit, I had the same complaint, told it was ezcema, and rushed out. This last time, Tom gave me samples of otc lotions and a skin sensitive laundry detergent. I have been fighting with this for the last 7 years and have tried every excema product over the counter and even tried no dye/no perfume detergents already. Even after explaining this, my condition was not seen as serious enough to even consider lab work. I cant dhave my legs, I have to take cold showers and I cant even go out in a swimsuit bc the way my skin looks. Worst dermatologist ever!

Visited the facility for a complete evaluation. Happy to report the following... - Facility is easy to locate with ample parking - Waiting room clean and comfortable - Front desk friendly and very helpful - PA and staff on time, knowledgeable, patient, thorough - PA Recommended a treatment in the near future made an appointment for the next day - Returning the next morning the front desk addressed me by name with a smile - Procedure completed successfully and in a timely manner - Would recommend this office and services without hesitation - Great job to all

What a waste of time and money! Tom doesnt seem like he really cares about the patient, does not explain anything, always hurrying , answers are not very clever and clear, they dont want you to ask something, they want to come in and go away as fast as possible, and pay for it. I came here 3 times and I got out so frustrated all those 3 times. I will never come back to this place again. What a waste of my time and my money.

I was given mens rogaine to apply to my thinning hair. I was told it was safe for a woman to use. I now have hair growing down the side of my face. When I asked the girls what I could do, they had no answer. This was prescribed by one of the doctors who supposedly was an expert in womens thinning hair.

Rude! I dont recommend this place especially for a parent of a teenager trying to deal with acne. Made to feel stupid and not "committed to the process" to address the problem. Save your money and go somewhere where the physician assistants arent regretting their career choice.

I actually was seen by Ann, a PA. She was very pleasant and went over everything in detail to make sure I understood the procedure. I have seen a doctor at this practice but I do prefer Ann. Wait time was approximately 20 minutes and about 5 minutes in the room.

Do not let the nurse Heather Holley do any procedure on you. Completely inexperienced and unprofesional. She had no idea what she was doing and butchered me. I am horrified. Please, seek medical assistance at another office.
