I would not call this an "Urgent" Care facility. I have never felt so angry at a doctors office before. I had checked in online 4+hrs early to help speed up my visit. I walked in at 1:55pm for my 2:05 appointment, so I could fill out paperwork as I was a new patient. I was the only patient in the waiting room and my car was the only car in the parking lot. The receptionist handed me the two forms to fill out and said return them when you are done with your ID and Insurance Card. After less than 5mins the receptionist got up and walked away. I walked up to the window to turn in my paperwork at approximately 2:05. I stood there and waited for 15 mins. Noone came back. I loudly said "excuse me" twice to the women I could hear chatting less than 20ft from the window. Noone responded or came to the window. I gave up and sat down. At 2:40 the receptionist strolls back up and says "ok now that we got our lunch in, we can get you on the board" REALLY? You take my appointment for 2:05 and take your lunch when I arrive and make me sit in the waiting room and ponder my symptoms? I was beyond furious. Then she proceeded to train one of the nurses how to use the computer. This whole time Im sitting here in an "Urgent" care facility, where you go of your situation is URGENT. Once I was called back I was in a room and saw the doctor and out the door in less that 10 mins. The only person who acted like a professional was the doctor. She was nice and seemed to be generally concerned for my well being. If I was the manager of this facility I would be livid with my receptionist for the lack of concern she showed a patient.

Do not go here unless you want to gamble with your health! Had to make two trips here back to back for a relatively simple ailment because the first "Doctor" would not listen to me and wrote a useless prescription for allergy medication rather than the needed antibiotic. Shes lucky I did go back a couple of days later and did not let myself get any sicker or she would be dealing with a medical malpractice lawsuit. They had no problem charging me full price for two visits though, even though the front-desk personnel "were not surprised" I did not get the necessary care the first time. I tried working this out with their corporate office who had spoken to the "Dr" and the "Dr" felt they gave adequate care. I asked to speak to a supervisor and rather than letting me speak to an actual supervisor who could waive some of the charges and give my version of the office visit, they said they would call me back, but never did and just sent my bill to a collection agency. Horrible business practices! Dont waste your time and money here, go to a real doctors office instead!!!

Every time I have come into this facility in Powdersville, I am called to the back by someone who looks like smiling would kill her. I am also put in a room right next to where the nurses and techs talk about their patients. And trust me when I say they dont have much nice to say about any of them. On top of that, once they find out I take medicine for anxiety and ADHD, they look at me as if Im trying to find some type of reason or medical excuse to get a prescription I can get high on. And then continue to treat me as a pill seeking patient instead of a patient actually in pain or having real symptoms of something serious. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. I have never been treated like so poorly and judged so extremely than coming to this place. And its supposed to be for those in need of immediate help. Not in need of their immediate judgement. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the embarrassment Ive gone through. Thanks.

This is the fourth attempt to have labs drawn for work. Just one lab. This has been payed for by the company I work for. Every attempt to have this lab drawn there has been some kind of issue. Everything from receiving the text that they were ready and still having to wait for 2 hours just to be told they didnt know what labs to draw (1st 2 times) to the office staff messing up the accounts and telling me that I have to pay for the tests. This is now the 4th time. Was here when the doors opened at 9 am. It is now 9:45 am and I am still waiting. The office staff are exceptionally rude and not very helpful at all, as I have been told several times "I dont know what to tell you" I would never ever recommend coming to this place. As a health care professional myself, I have never ever seen such uncaring and unprofessional staff! JUST ONE LAB PEOPLE, JUST ONE!!

I appreciate this facility because where else can you go without an appointment and be seen in a reasonable time if at all. the longest I have ever waited was just over an hour and that was because they were slammed. I have waited that long at other doctors offices even when I have had an appointment. I have been to this facility on numerous occasions and have never had to return for the same issue, they have always got it right the first time. The kiosk is a great improvement as I have had an issue with the counter staff in the past. I will continue to use this facility as I have always gotten the treatment that I needed. The doctors, nurses and physicians assistants have always been very knowledgable, professional and courteous.

I visit Easley often. Though I have never visited Drs. Care Easley, I was delighted to see one close by. I live in Myrtle Beach, SC, and visit the N. Myrtle Drs. Care when I need to. I have been a regular there for 10 Years. Though I fiind that their Doctors change over time, I have Never had a Dr. I didnt like. I always feel that they are thorough, and know what they are doing. They have always taken a true interest in me. The key to being seen SOON is to be there when they open or later in the day. When and IF needed I will be visiting Drs. Care Easley in the future.

"Urgent" care is offered here. They should change that term to, "Eh...well get to you eventually." It took an hour for them to get me started on new patient paperwork, another 35 minutes to get my ID and insurance card back, and overall it took two hours just to get taken to the back. On top of that, the staff has been very unapologetic about the wait and rather cold in their interactions with me. Im waiting in a room now, and I realistically expect to wait at least another half hour to see a doctor or PA. Im never coming back here again.

This was the slowest, non-caring facility that I have ever gone to. The front desk staff was very busy chatting ( to busy to help a customer check-in in a timely manner. I was the only person in the waiting room and still waited for at least 35 minutes. Then the nurse was not friendly and I had to ask for my ID and insurance card back. There were staff seating around chatting everywhere. Very unprofessional place, slow service and non-caring staff. Would never recommend this facility to anyone. And will never go back.
